Good for a night
We stayed here overnight while driving to Germany from Poland. It was nice to wander the museum after it closed. Its really ideal for an overnight stay (as the showers in the shared bathrooms don't look super appealing). Really stay for the experience of being in a bunker, that's what makes it worth it.

This was definitely an extraordinary experience. This is not something for spoiled brats or a princess expecting a five star spa. You are going to see how a nuclear bunker looked like, sleep on a military bed and try how woud it be like living there. Of course the bed is quite firm, room is cold (just put on some warmer clothes or get an extra sleeping bag) and you might see a spider, BUT : Staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. We joined a guided tour through the whole area and it was very good. Guide (a member of the staff) is well educated with a perfect insight to the events related to the cold war and this bunker.Breakfast was super cool, old music playing from a gramophone , ground coffee, poppy seads cake and bryndza spread. Evereything tasty! It was like visiting grandparents :)
Those ineterested in history or the ones who like something unusual and are not afraid to step a bit out of the comfort zone will love it. We did!

Public Shelter in the War
I took the wrong turning and stumbled across this place. Maybe it was meant to be because I dreamt of this place a few days, why I dont know. I never went in cos it feaked me out a bit but there were a few people queuing up outside. This place was used as a Shelter by the Public in World War 2.

Mold in our room
We booked for two nights, but after spending one night we wanted to leave because of unbearable conditions:
- there was mold on the wall and the furniture in our room
- the room was not heated and very cold
- you can't set water temperature for the shower
- the sink just runs cold water
- no bedsheets, just sleeping bags
- hard and uncomfortable beds
We understand that this is supposed to be a special "nuclear fall-out shelter experience", but there is no excuse for not having proper heating in the room resulting in a cold and moldy climate with actual mold on the furniture right next to the beds. It is so bad, that it actually becomes a health concern. Check the pictures we uploaded.
But what's even worse is the fact that when we pointed this out to the staff, the hostel management insisted we pay 70% of "cancellation fee" for not wanting to spend the second night under these circumstances. We offered to pay the one night we stayed, but were not willing to pay a fee for canceling our stay due to these problems. The manager turned down our offer of compromise after letting us wait until 2pm the next day. Frustrated about losing so much time over this dispute we eventually left without paying.
We are very disappointed with the experience of how the management handled our complaints and was not willing to compromise. We cannot recommend anyone to stay at this property. The room with the mold is the double room, one of the more expensive ones. We don't know about the situation in the other rooms, but everyone has the problem with the showers and cold water.

Interesting once in life exper....
If you go to this hotel, please be aware that it will be a unique experience. This is at the end I guess what you pay for, as the accommodation, breakfast & service definitely is not worth the 50€ we paid for one night in a 9m2 room with 2 'beds' and a breakfast where you just get instant coffe.
