The hotel is located close to the beach. And in city centre. Very very helpful staff. Breakfast was beach side and with a good spread. Good connectivity to the bus stations for the city tour. Also, I had booked for 2 nights out of which one night 04-05 August was cancelled by you. Kindly advise on the refund amount.
