Stayed as part of a group arrived late and got a disgusting room right next to a building site, 1am and they were still banging and clattering so asked to be moved, staff were nice and moved us to a room away from the noise this room was just as disgusting cheap holy carpet, mouldy bathroom just glad I was so tired and it was so late because otherwise I would have been looking for somewhere else to stay it was pretty gross! A real budget quality hotel I would not stay there again although to be fair their breakfast was okay.

Some room problems

Stayed for 4 days on a rush business trip. I checked out each day since I thight I would not return, so stayed in a different room each night. The first night was OK, and probably would live up to a 3-4 star standard. Second night there was a severe smell of cigarettes, enough to make me not sleep, and I am not particularly sensitive. There were strange wear patches in the carpet down to the threads. Third night there was no hot water at all, which I discovered just before breakfast but did not complain as we were leaving. The 4th night again was a smelly tired room. The law has recently changed and foreigners are not allowed to stay in less than 4 star. The 3 star originally booked was probably a more consistent hotel. Views of the city area OK,as is the location to a major shopping area. Staff do not speak English and checkin seemed painful, even for my Chinese host.

Well located

Close to several shops and restaurants. The hotel is modern and clean. Rooms are big and with all you need for a nice stay. I was there just for one night and will come back with no problem. Wifi also works well.

Nice decent hotel in a conveni....

Hotel is on a main street with lots of restaurants. Just next door offers a cafeteria style restaurant with Zhengzhou specialty at very good price. Room is good size and clean. Front desk is friendly. Breakfast is decent. A little far away from the airport. About 35 min drive with no traffic

Decent Hotel

I had no real issues with this hotel. It serves the purpose. However, if I had to do it over again, I probably would not visit ZhengZhou. The sites are not that interesting versus Xi'an and Luoyang. In ZhengZhou we visited the Yellow River Scenic Area and Hovercraft; Erqi Square and DeHua Street; Millennium Park; GongGong Temple; QiShenJiao Street. The hotel may have free WiFi, but I was unable to get email or the internet anywhere in China, probably because it was blocked by the government.
