DO NOT STAY HERE
This hotel is in the centre of Futian
that is the only good thing about it
the receptionists are rude no English spoken
I was disgusted with this place I pre-paid for 4 nights never stay there.
The rooms are dirty old and disgusting the carpets are so dirty
the only friendly person was the cleaning lady.
My advice to you is do not stay there.
Only if you are desperate as this is a very expensive area of Shenzhen
this has to be one of the worst hotels in the world.
In my opinion, it needs to be demolished.

so-so. will not come back~
at first, the management and hospitality is too poor. they don't even speak simple english. so it's kinda hard for tourist to interact with them.
the condition of the room is average. the cleanliness, average. too bad, you can hear the guests next door talking. it's loud and annoying. the price should be cheaper as the hospitality was poor.

What you see is not what you g....
Hotel's condition is worst, wall is cracking, bathroom's sink leaks and was not addressed by the management. The comforter smells terrible and worst still the room is too small to be considered a double room. The price is even too expensive and it isn't worthy for a bargain. The female receptionist is worst. She didnot speak English or even read in Chinese. When i asked her to call a taxi her answer was,i don't understand(in chinese). In Chaohai hotel you don't get everything for free, you had to pay everything from room to tooth brush. The good thing about Chaohai hotel there are several shopping complex nearby but the shopping here is not so enjoyable, the price is quite expensive. My advice to shopholic if you want to shop till you drop, get a taxi and go to Laojie about 1.2km from Chaohai go go by train. The hotel management should address the problem of staffs' communication skill with customers, hotel's condition should be checked before allowing guest to check in etc etc. There is more room for improvement that the management can do if they want to survive this industry.
