Near luohu market
Good and comfortable stay. Near to markets and train stations made travelling easier. Good view and service. Hotel staff was friendly and good location. Did tons of shopping at walking distance area and had a good night life nearby only

Great hotel, nice amenities
This hotel is a great place to stay in Shenzhen. It's well located close to a subway station, the Wal mart, restaurants etc. There is a restaurant downstairs as well as a spa on one of the floors. Rooms are spacious and clean. Toiletries are provided. They make the rooms every day. Cleaning staff is amazing. The only thing is if you get a room on the road side, it can get noisy with traffic noise. I noticed lot of people on business stay there. I recommend.

The Hotel environment is great....
This hotel located nearby pedestrian street. At night there are a lot places to shop with walking distance and in the morning, variety of food shops available. The hotel is opposite of pedestrian street, then at night is a peaceful place to stay.

Basic Hotel after it's glory d....
We've stayed with a bussiness delegation during 3 days at this classic hotel in the old Shenzhen. Inspite of all the necessary facilities it seems her glory days are way back in the mid 80's of the 20th century. Rooms, douche/toilet, TV/minibar are all okay. However, breakfast is very poor and tasteless. Go for a good breakfast with a nice coffee to one of the many restaurants in the old city centre ("East gate district")!

be careful with strategy of ho....
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights as travel tour package.Our room is good enough but I cant consider as very attractive compare to the others.Towels looks untidy.One thing I have observed in my visit.I observed this scenario and fortunately I never become a victim.The situation goes like this: We are a of group tourist from different travel agency and one tourist operator take over us when we got in hongkong.We stayed in the same hotel as part of tour package.On our last day at Ambassador hotel to be particular.All the group of tourist was inside the service shuttle.Suddenly, one of the hotel staff hold us and according to him, one of the towel supply is missing. And one of the poor guess are blame for this. The poor victim have presented their belongings to the staff to show that they didnt took anything from the hotel but the staff insist and they was charged 80 hongkong dollars for this particular towel. The same scenario happens to my friend the other date when she stayed on the same hotel as part of tour package. What a co-incident! the same hotel and the same incident happens. I was thinking, is this a strategy of the hotel staff, how long it happens? how many are became the victims of this. I think the management should be aware of this and make a proper move to prevent this things to happen.And for the guess, be cautious not to be a victim of this strategy... make sure the room boy or attendant are present and make their inventory before you left in the room
