Nice hotel with good location
Nice hotel, good location. Almost opposite big bus station and 700 meter away from subway station. Within walking distance to many local food restaurants, and convinient store.
Staffs are friendly and helpful, although the senior level who can speak English only work on morning shift. So if you are checking at night or in my case at 3am, make sure you have translator app on your phone that can translate Mandarin

Too Far From the City
The location is great for those visiting Shanghai Disneyland, otherwise forget it, unless you plan having a holiday in Shanghai traffic and suburbs. We stayed because that's where the tour put us up. The location is between 45 - 90 minutes drive from the Bund.

Typical Chinese Business Hotel
Was booked into a twin room on the sixth floor. At check-in, I asked at reception if this was a non-smoking room. The woman mumbled, which is not a good sign. Sure enough, upon entering the room, I could smell stale cigarette smoke. However, the window had been opened for ventilation and the odour was not that strong. I decided it was not worth the hassle of changing rooms.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed mattress was on the stiff side (which seems to be what Chinese prefer), so may not be acceptable to those who want the sensation of floating in a cloud. There was a safe, iron, and ironing board in the closet. A minibar fridge enclosed in a cabinet was empty and unplugged. I plugged it in and made use of it to chill beer I had brought with me from home. Slippers are regularly available in Chinese hotels, but if you have large feet, it is not likely a size large enough will be available. I bring my own.
The bathroom was spacious and included a hairdryer, toothbrushes with toothpaste, shampoo, and liquid soap. There was no bathtub, only a large walk-in shower with a large rainshower shower head above and a flex-hose shower attachment coming out of the wall. The seal on the shower door was inadequate, however, and caused water to leak profusely onto the bathroom floor, which was partially absorbed by the bathroom mat, but I had to use one of the large towels to mop up the excess for fear of slipping. There was no facecloth. For those who use one, you should bring your own as they don't seem to be commonly available.
The in-room wifi was so bad as to be rather useless. To access better wifi, you have to go to the lobby.
Breakfast was included with my room. To enter the dining room, you had to give the hostess a voucher which you would have to request from the front desk, where they would check to see if you had paid for it. Those expecting a large Western breakfast may find the buffet here inadequate. One could choose from fruit, fruit juice, French fries, pastries, white toast, dry cereal, cake, and coffee. However, all of the hot dishes were Chinese food, which I personally found to satisfying and of good quality.
In conclusion, while I found my stay here adequate for my needs over the course of the three nights I stayed here, it is likely not a suitable choice if you do not have any business in the area and/or require a high level of service in English. I don't believe this hotel is suitable for foreign leisure travellers.

Smells like stale smoke
This hotel is convenient to the Expo/Convention Center and not too far from the art museum. It is a bit grubby. Rooms are good-sized and well equipped with iron, ironing board, safe, electric kettle. There was always plenty of hot water.
BUT, the room smelled of stale smoke and the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke, especially in the morning. This is an older hotel and has not been refreshed recently. The room carpet was very stained and all surfaces are a bit greasy.
There is a desk with a task light and outlets for chargers.
The shower is a bit odd, it is tiled and cylindrical with a rain shower above and a handheld shower at waist height. So, if you don't want your hair wet, your only option is the handheld. Awkward.
In addition to the built-in desk and a king-sized bed, my room had a chair (upholstery stained) and a floor lamp. Floor to ceiling (very high ceiling) drapes were room-darkening.
There is plenty of room in the closet with drawers and shelves. The hairdryer is in one of the drawers. But, there is no outlet for the hairdryer in the bathroom and no mirror near any of the outlets in the room. If you open the closet door (which is mirrored) at a 90 degree angle and plug the hair dryer into an outlet near the desk, you can dry your hair and actually see what you are doing. Very awkward.
The cleaners are in the halls by 6am and are very noisy--talking back and forth. The staff phone near the elevators rings often and is loud enough to hear in the room.
Linens are pressed but somewhat threadbare with holes and fraying of edges. It's obvious the mattress and pillows have absorbed the odor of smoke, so if you are even slightly allergic, be prepared to wake up congested or with a headache.
While I was there, construction was going on next to build walls in the lobby area--very noisy.
Your room key is needed in the elevator to get to your floor--a good security feature--but my key had to be recoded every time, though it would open my room door just fine. Annoying.
WiFi was free, slow but better late at night. There was no restaurant in the hotel, though maybe they are adding one. There is some street food and a convenience store a few blocks away but really nothing much right in the area. Lots of options over by the expo center.
Breakfast is mostly Chinese fare but I like that so didn't mind. The only western items were toast (make your own), hard boiled eggs and sliced watermelon. Coffee is pre made with milk and sugar in it. If you don't want to drink it out of a water glass, the nice hostess will give you a coffee cup or mug. The breakfast area is shabby, too. Nothing feels quite clean.
That said, I was with friends and we had a good time. This hotel was booked for us but I would never choose it myself.

Decent, average hotel
Nice sized room, slightly worn. Mattress was comfortable, soft for China, but great for non Asian preferences. Bath was okay in size, better for one person use, rather than couple use. Shower hand sprayer broken. Breakfast was not a strong point, but we could find enough to eat that we made do. Free wi-fi, a little slow. A good hotel if you have reason to be at the Expo...a longish walk, but 5 minutes by car.
