Superb hotel at good location with value for money.

Our room without window so it's very terrible for us.

This Hotel is situated at east Nanjing Road which make this place ideal location to stay as this read is best for night life and shopping too. East Nanjing Road and peoples square metro Station is at walking distance from this Hotel.

Nearby KFC and Mc.Donald and local Chinese foods.
Room was good and well serviced its centro of city.

They first offered us very dirty room, without any view, and only a very small sized queen double bed.Whereas our requirement was 2 single beds, which was given after 30 minutes of discussion with the unprofessional staff at reception, which was earlier denied to us during check inn, due to unavailability.

Stay was ok location is quite good. close to metro and Indian restaurant. Value for money.

Hotel staff is helpful, location is good but staff speak very less english but this is common across China. Hotel facilities are also good and hotel is beautiful. Overall its a value for money hotel and worth every penny. Though it would have been good if hotel has some email ID to contact to.

Overall bad experience. Hotel is apparently good but the location is not good. It's located in high criminal area. Going out is not safe here. Everyone when you go out, people follow you. It's difficult to walk outside.

The main attraction of this hotel is the location, right in the heart of downtown Shanghai. The staff were helpful but speak limited English, that is common in China. The breakfast was average. Lots of eating places around the hotel and I tried a few. They offered an early check in which was good since I arrive at 9 a. M. It is quite a big hotel and the room was comfortable.

Nice place at a good location, many eating options in the surroundings, bund at walking distance and shopping options. The stay was comfortable, must go for a room with window option and conversing in other than Mandarin is an issue but manageable.

No vegetarian food. They do not inform which item is chargeable which is kept on the shelf. You have to ask. This is a Chinese Hotel so non vegetarian is available. Cleanliness is average. From the sixth floor you get only one lift which is quite slow. The area in which it is situated is good.
