This place is poorly managed.
Our room had black spotted wallpaper peeling from the walls.
The front desk was inattentive, and there was a lack of English skills. Surprising for a so called business and tourist hotel.
Breakfast was very disappointing.
Cold fried eggs were stacked one on top of another, in a high pile for the taking.
Coffee was usually cold. The hot plate either didn’t work, or was kept turned off.
One had to wait till they made new coffee and poured it into the carafe. Then everyone would make a “bee line” to get some.
Things were not replenished in good time, in the buffet.
Problem with the TV resulted in a very impatient person coming to check, only to say it’s fine.
Not a place I’d care to stay again.
Certainly not 4star. Maybe when they first opened. However, management doesn’t seem interested in the customer.
There are much better, reasonable places to stay. I’d go elsewhere.

Stay Somewhere Else
This is definitely not a four star hotel by Western standards. The chairs in the room were stained, the bathroom had mildew on the walls. It smelled like smoke despite being a not smoking room. The location was terrific though, and it is relatively inexpensive. The breakfast buffet was adequate. I expected more of a Ramada. Staff were nice but could not speak English well enough to be helpful.

Dirty hotel, would not recomme....
Dirty hotel. Spend your money elsewhere. Staff are rude and act like they don't care whether you enjoy your stay or not. Spend your money elsewhere.
Rooms are dirty and smell like smoke even in non smoking rooms and is only overpowered by the smell of mildew. The first room we had had a broken toilet and no safe deposit box. The rest of the room was frayed and dirty. Floor was covered in dust and nut shells. Furniture is either broken or breaking. Bathroom is disgusting.

We first were given room 1817 which showed that rain had been coming in through the windows and large dirty wet patch on floor and wall. They “upgraded” us to room 1710 which didn’t have wet patch but was dirty. We have been at this hotel for 2 days, leaving our room late in the morning each day and not heard a vacuum cleaner once. I left my hotel slippers near the sofa and when I got back after the room was “cleaned” they were exactly where I left them.
This hotel is in a good locating near the metro but as others have said reception staff are rude. They will not take their eyes off their Mobil phone to answer a question. And the “free” WiFi should be called nonexistent WiFi as it keeps dropping every 3-4 minutes and when it work is very patchy

Decent hotel, good location
Our room was quite large, reasonably well appointed. We were on the 17th floor. The breakfast buffet was Chinese and/or American, not special but very serviceable. Close to rail transportation and shopping. I would stay there again.
