Complaint for the problem in R....

Dear Zhang.G, I am very sorry and disappointed to have very bad guest experience from your hotel. Actually, I am very happy to help my family to book your hotel for their business trip under friend and family rate. It is their first time they need to go business trip by themselves as I cannot join the trip since I am busy in my work. When they check in today 12 May 2018, Front Desk Agent mentions that the booking only be reserved one room. They scared and called me immediately by IDD call since the booking in hand which is confirmed by email with 2 rooms by your hotel reservation (If need, I can show you the booking). They don't know how to do and claim why the booking confirmed is 2 rooms, only 1 room reserved. Is it the human error for this booking or overflow the rooms reservation. Front Desk Agent also forces them to book as walk-in in higher price. It is unacceptable to treat this case under IHG staff. Where is true hospitality, where is great hotel guest love? why the guest need to be forced to reserved as walk-in. It is not a proper arrangement. I also checked from global Virtual Assistant - Analyn, they also check that my booking is confirmed in 2 rooms but he wonder that the booking and reservation may split by hotel under inventory purpose. Why I cannot get any email for this arrangement since normal guest will only believe the confirmation by reservation in email and the booking exactly reserved in 2 rooms. I am also working in Hotel as management in IHG. I have not yet seen that such bad arrangement and problem solving can be experienced under IHG staff. Staff does not help and admit the problem, they only blame the problem in global IHG reservation. But, it is not their problem according to Analyn. I really want you to investigate the problem and the front desk service. My family and me really feel disappointed in this service which does not reflect IHG's true hospitality service towards the guest. They are now just settled in helpness. Friendly staff!

Good: Close to the airport and train station Friendly staff Close to Al Borgo (awesome Italian food)10 mins walk away Very reasonable price Clean room Bad: Staff limited English Breakfast mainly Chinese food very little western dishes Not enough bedding, needs one more sheet on the bed Overall good experience and worth the price especially if you are near the train or railway station. I think I paid under 50 bucks for 1 night that’s quite good including breakfast in my opinion!

an example of how you can make....

the Rooms are Awesome... the location is awesome everything about the Infrastructure is outstanding for an Express hotel but everything about the service is just way below Par... almost no one speaks English the one who does is not around you always need to translate on the phone... very adamant staff not willing to clean rooms after a particular time.... the common toilets stink of fish.... every one on the reception is a trainee who does not know anything.... even for a pre paid hotel booking they wanted a deposit

Horrible

Very very very bad Only one person at the hotel speaks some English, and he is at the front desk, so imagine if you have any doubt at the breakfast, no one could help you. The breakfast was poor, not fresh and almost everything taste bad, we had to go the mall next door and have breakfast at Starbucks. The air conditioner never work, they toldo us they control the temperature, it was at 25° and we were sweding in the room, te rrible... The shower had fongus, this was a supposed new hotel... Wouldn't stay here, not even free

Nice hotel

Very clean. Good service, High speed internet. Compact rooms, reasonable price. Especially Hot shower is so good. Normally in China, even expensive hotel also broken shower. But this hotel are perfect about shower. Breakfast also nice.
