A very warm welcome
This is one of my favorite hotel in Shanghai with great view and very convent location. After changing to kunlun brand, people here provide more customized service and more diversified welcoming fruit and diserts.
It is very recommended for travelers to choose

Just want to drop a note to complement the team at the executive lounge today.
I visited the lounge this morning at 6:30am, there were hardly any guests at the lounge, but Stella, Leo, Beacky and Hart were already busy running up and down checking on every tables and making sure the utensils are placed properly. Maybe there's someone important arriving for breakfast in the morning, but their attention to details and diligence really impresses me.

Ex Hilton Hotel great location....
Good location, lovely curry house above pub opposite. Corner rooms tend to be better. Check in can be slow, copying passports, taking credit card etc. Take a long walk to the French quarter well worth the walk. Good gym and friendly staff

Quality service and staff
I have stayed at this hotel for 17 years when in Shanghai. I stay there around 20 days a year. It was originally the Jing An Hilton and still lives up to the high standards with the new ownership. That doesn’t always happen. The staff is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. And the location is nice for restaurants, shopping, and other cultural activities. (JingAn Temple and other green spaces) The executive lounge has some wonderful amenities but your stay will be fantastic even if they aren’t accessible. If you have a need, ask, the staff will do what they can to see to it.

This is the second time I have stayed in Kunlun Hotel since it has changed its name from early this year. And I stayed executive room and used the executive lounge as well, for my most surprise was the excellency of the service level of Christina Li as the manager of the lounge with beautiful smile and amicable reception.
