I was not that pleased with this hotel. I ordered 3 extra bottles of water but the service person brought 2. I had to ask her [again] for another one. When I called to the front desk to ask a particular question, I had to be transferred about 6 times before anyone spoke good enough English to understand or get me to a competent person who could answer it. I had asked for 2 double or queen beds but got a king and a twin. After being told what I owed for the room on the Internet reservation rqst, making sure I asked for 2 beds, the front desk tried to charge me another 230 Y for the twin bed. I refused to pay & showed her my "voucher" that I printed as the Internet confirmation. I will not stay here again.
