Pleasant stay without too many....
Courtesy from the official reception which is a little difficult to find, is not the one at the entrance that has only function of info (little English) and security, the structure and the rooms should be cleaned better, are provided different accessories (towels etc...) but Never changed (stay 15 days)

Good or business stay, mostly ....
Visited this hotel during business trip in Shanghai. Hotel staff may have some problems with English. I have also experienced problems with the ATM machine in the hotel.
Hotel location is not the most convenient.

Terrible and dirty
The carpets in the room are stained and dirty all over. The bed is so hard it's what you'd expect at a Marine Boot Camp. The food is terrible and stale.
I am not disgruntled this place is just really low quality.
seriously, I'm sure a lot of the good reviews must be fake

Dirty rooms with blood stains on the blanket the staff do not understand English food was substandard the hotel it self is in a very poor and dead area. Housekeeping not done everyday. I stayed for 3 days and kept on complaining about my room air conditioner and no one bothered to look in to it also the breakfast was not to the standard. The shower cubic is very small with faulty door. Gave my clothes for laundry and they were returned back stinking. Will never recommend any one to stay in this dirty filthy hotel. The management shame on you. I give you only one star to the hotel

Clean, helpful staff, comforta....
After reading some of the very negative reviews of this place I was hesitant to stay here, but my company is holding a conference here this week had already booked my room. I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel, the staff, and my room, very accommodating.
It's considered a four-star hotel. I'd give it 3 1/2 stars if that were an option. The biggest drawback for me is the location. It's located in a somewhat industrial, commercial area. Not close to any shopping, nor are there any scenic walking areas nearby.
Yes, the beds are hard, but that's the way most Asian beds are in my experience. I've been traveling to Asia for 15 years and everywhere I've stayed it's the same. Here's how I work around it and it works just fine: use the top comforter as an extra layer of padding and sleep on top of it instead of under it. Ask the staff to bring you another comforter to use as a top cover (inside a duvet). The staff was very agreeable and took care of this request immediately. I had no problem sleeping on the bed and I use a memory foam topper on my bed at home, so I prefer a mattress with some "give".
I'm currently staying at the hotel as I write this review. I wouldn't consider this to be a luxury hotel by any stretch but other than location, I have absolutely no complaints about this place.
