Better off somewhere else.
Right in the heart of the ghetto. Gnats are everywhere. I got bit by something while asleep. Maid only came twice in 6 days. Did not speak English. WiFi blacks out for days. Surrounded by construction sites.
Price was very low for a reason. Costs about 8RMB to get a trike to take you to the subway system, 14RMB to use a taxi. ($1US = approx 6RMB). Or you could walk 10-15min.
Avoid this place at all costs! Just spend the extra hundred dollars and stay at a hotel downtown. This hotel is about 11km away.
If you do stay here, there is a small family noodle place on the opposite corner of the preschool. They roll their own noodles and costs 7RMB for a large bowl. Definitely the lifesaver of the area, other than the humungous mall.

good value but disappointing s....
i booked this hotel online and under the hotel policy it said there's no deposit
once i arrived in the hotel i was asked to pay a 100 RMB deposit for the swipe card that opens the rooms
i completely refused and kept arguing with them for more than 30 mins when i just arrived in beijing after a 14 hour train ride
their argument was that they will give the 100 RMB back and that i should trust them
anyway in the end the agreed about waiving the deposit (it shouldn't have been there in the first place)
the hotel room was clean and i think it was a very good value for the price i paid
the hotel is far from the city center and a hard to find but other than this it was quiet and clean and had all the amenities i needed

I was here during 10 days. It was a little bit hard to find, The nearast station is approximately at 30 minutes at feet, + one hour by tube to go to the center of Beijing. It' s very noisy because a lot of people talk loudly on corridors. In my bathroom, the boiler rang during the night and wake me up. But people who work there were very kind, the room was at the good temperature and clean. And I payed only 12 Euros by night. A big supermarket is near the hotel. I had all the same a good remember.

Hard to Find
Although this hotel is clean, staff are friendly and internet is quite good, this hotel was extremely hard to find within the area since it does not have it's sign in English and is located within a gated complex a little off from the road. We stopped everyone from taxi drivers, random people and even people who worked at the English school and we couldn't find it. Thankfully, a young girl who spoke great English phoned the hotel and walked us there herself. As it turned out, we had already walked by the three times in the two hours spent wandering around with our map. We did, however get a room upgrade. Not a bad place to stay, overall.

Good peaceful peace to stay
I stayed at this Hotel in business room with window from 26 August 2012 to 5 September 2012. When I arrived at the airport, no body was aware about the Hotel way. So anybody stays in this Hotel must have contact details of Hotel (e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, phone number: 010-62917721 and manager's mobile number (Michael 15110233340). The Hotel is located in the sub-urbs of Haidian district (20 minute walk from Shangdi sub-way and 2 minute walk from walmart). The hotel staff is very cooperative and friendly. They try to use translator if they don't understand English. The Hotel Manager Michael is very friendly and she knows English. The hotel has all the basic facilities like airconditioner, hot and cold water, electric cattle, free internet in the lobby with a laptop, free mineral water in the lobby which can be filled up. If you can walk for sometime daily, this is probably a very good and reasonable place to stay. wherever you go from the Hotel always keep a translation written in chinese language for your benefit.
