The worst hotel experience I ever had in my life. None of front desk/room service staffs speaks a word in English. Very difficult to find our booking. All 3 star facilities available however nothing was maintained. Very stinky room, air-con was not working, very dirty carpet including in corridor, dusty room and noise from outside guests can hear inside room. Do not recommend to anyone!
When we arrived they did not want to recognize our booking, even though we had a confirmation and the receipt for the payment. I am sure that recognized us but they have given our room to someone else. In this way they got double payment for the room.

Rooms OK, cold breakfast, non-....
I don't pretend to speak Chinese, but we requested ice FOUR times one night (3 times via phone to an attendant who could speak some English) and the fourth at the reception desk, and still no ice came. I think this is possibly because they used it all to chill the breakfast. No matter what time we came during breakfast hours, nothing was even remotely warm. Dinner was not much better - we were on a guided tour and the guide kept bringing us back to this place. Eventually we requested that we go somewhere else for something a bit more authentic - there's only so much Kung Pao Chicken a person can eat!
So in summary the rooms are nice enough - though no fridges - but we ended up going to McDonalds for breakfast (about 10 minutes walk away).
