Good Enough In Its Price - ???....
Location is good enough. Room is big enough. Price is very reasonable. Breakfast is ok. Entrance’s Subway is convenient. Service is quick & polite enough. Looking into its 3 star positioning, it is good. Only thing not fit is its shower water pressure isn’t strong enough.

For 2 nights it is OK. Not rea....
We choosed this hotel because it is just 25 min from the airport away. Beijing is pretty buisy and crowed and in the matter that we just wanted to visit the forbidden town and the great wall, it was a very good decision.
To get the bests out of These 2 1/2 days in Beijing we hired a agency "China Hightlights" and the drive and guide picked us up at the port of Tanjing after a cruise.
The Hotel itself is located at a very buisy street Corner and if you have the window open it get`s pretty loud.
In April the air condition is not working. The Chinese Hotels still heat in that period of the year. So our room was very very warm. We sleept with open window. The Breaksfast is a mix between Asia and American Style. The Asian food is good but the American food is so la la....
The complete Hotel itself is a bit dirty every where....

I was here for business trip, for 9 days.
I didn't found the Swimmingpool or the fitness center.
Breakfast is okay, less continental more Chinese but you're in China so it's good.
The day before my departure is the day why my rating is not 4stars.
I went down and wanted to get my boarding pass printed. They send me to the 4th floor (also the breakfast room and maybe restaurant). I didn't need more than a minute to find the computer with printer.
But it was locked so I waited for someone to unlock, after maybe 2 minutes there was a waitress who unlocked the computer and i could start printing not so easy because everything was on Chinese but open Adobe and printing is same like everywhere.
After i printed my passes(2 sites) someone like a manager appeared and told me in English worst than mine that it's not for free. Okay i want to pay for. So than he showed me a sheet of paper left to the pc on 2m height the prices for printing.
1 black&white 5rmb and 1 color 15rmb.
I would have tried to print in black and white if i could read Chinese or even much easier if the pc runs in English language!
So i had to pay 30rmb for two sites, maybe in a 5 star hotel in Germany i would have to pay that much.
So that's all to say.

Average for business purposes.....
If you don't demand much, it's a good option. For business related it's a average one though. Here are the main pros and cons I've encountered and recommendations at the bottom (from a foreigner perspective and needs).
- A shopping center in the same area , which some good dining options.
- Good location if you need to work around WangJing business district. Also there's a metro station in front of it which facilitates touristic purposes
- Breakfast options and facility is rather good
- Few English speaking staff, which is expected in China for less for an international hotel chain.
- Poor Wi-Fi. If you depend on it for whichever reasons (work or personal) don't expect much and rely on it
- Room that I've been initially offered had a bad smoking smell. Luckily there was another one available for me.
- No frigobar
- For late night dinner/drink option the only one available is a Korean barbecue style one. Just cross the street and look for a Mcdonalds. The place is in the same building, in the 3rd of 4th floor. It's a good one.
- Many restaurants in the attached shopping center have english menu.

Seen better days
The hotel is in a good location, close to a metro station and a shopping centre with a range of food outlets. However the property itself has most definitely seen better days. As others have observed, the reception area is shared with a Subway outlet and, if I remember correctly, a Burger King. Once upstairs, the property feels more like the upscale hotel it purports to be, but that is only a superficial impression. The room I stayed in was poorly maintained, with a bathroom door that did not shut properly, dirty carpets, stained walls, and obvious damp and mould, on the woodwork and ceilings - with the paper under the paintwork peeling off in various places. In fact, it was lucky the lighting was so poor that it was not possible to see any further. The layout of the room itself was perfectly fine, although it is hard to understand why there is a glass window between the shower and the bedroom - why would anyone want a view like that?
The breakfast, in the 'Great Room' was fine, but nothing to write home about, and the Wifi was particularly poor. Luckily there was a rather good Pizza Hut in the shopping centre underneath - as well as a massive supermarket.
The hotel may well have been great when it was first built, but it is now in a very poor state and does not do the 'Holiday Inn' brand any good whatsoever. I would not plan to stay here again.
