Much better than some of the r....
We got booked here when the hotel we were supposed to stay at “lost” our reservation. The reviews we read indicated it was noisy. It is, but that is mostly because it’s on a busy street.
Our room was spacious, clean, had a comfortable bed and all the amenities. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly.
The attached restaurant was just ok.
All in all I’d stay here again and would recommend it to people looking for a decent place at a reasonable price.

Not worth the money
Don't even know where to start... everything apart from the front desk lady and hotel location was terrible. Room has squeaky wooden floors - you can hear all neighbors walking up and down. The so called minibar was a couple of water and soda bottles sitting on a desk. Toilet seat was broken and we waited for 3 days for the handyman to come but nothing happened till we left. Mold on the bathroom and toilet walls. Breakfast is ok if you get up early, after 1 hour (breaky goes for 3 hours) all is gone and you won't get much of it. One day we were left with no hot water- apparently this happens quite often. Your money is well spent somewhere else.

Not a boutique Hotel
Despite its own advertisement as a petit or boutique hotel it is not. It's a simple and well located hotel but it's not charming nor really "boutique". Rooms were okay and fair for the price you pay. But we were placed in the ground floor and one car hear EVERYTHING from the top floor or the corridors. So, we could hear the drunk neighbors arriving by 3 a.m, or the happy couple from above having love nights with a little bit of flair amour and got awaken several times when the rush hours guests must leave early in the morning and choose to close their doors with no respect for the sleeping guests. Having said that, we must say that the receptionists were superb and were really helpful and caring for us and that the breakfast is quite good. The neighborhood is also very nice, one can walk all around and find nice restaurants and also walk to Costanera Center. It's also walking distance to the metro but very far from the airport.

Misleading advertising and ver....
We were supposed to have a Junior Suite With 3 twin beds. This room was about 20sqm With 3 single beds (90cm With) and With the beds and the minibar fridge and suitecases we had no Space to move. As such the price for the room even if breakfast was included was very expensive. The location is neither wonderful nor great, restaurants and shopping was a bit of a walk from this property. Food was acceptable, both dinner and breakfast. Be avare if you have a room on the second floor there is no elevator and a narrow and steep staircase.

Adequate basic rooms on main b....
The plan was to stay here 3 times on this trip and reservations were made by our agent with plenty of time. This hotel is in a good area and in walking distance to Costanera Centro Mall. The first two nights we noticed that the mattress tops were slanted toward one side but we rested OK. The rooms are really basic and small. The restrooms even smaller. The air conditioner worked well and almost quietly.
The wood floors squeak a lot when walking. It is easy to hear people walking up and down the hallway and the stairs.
As most Chileans do the staff at the hotel rarely smile. However they were quite friendly.
Breakfast is really good with a variety of hot and cold choices and real good fresh fruit.
The last night we were to stay at the Oporto (had reservations) our transport from the airport delivered us after 10:30 pm as planned. The girl at the reception told us that she was really sorry but we did not have a room and that they had booked a room for us on another Hotel. The story was that it was a water or plumbing problem in the room assigned to us and they did not have other rooms left. They called us a taxi and paid for it. When we arrived to the other Hotel the receptionist said that he did not have a reservation for me but for somebody called Margaret.... So he called the Oporto Hotel and found out that Margaret was supposed to be me. Finally we got a room. It turn to be that this Hotel was much bigger than the Oporto and in a good neighborhood. Nice room and restroom. Next day at 9:00 am a different transport company was looking for me to take me to the airport thinking that I was Margaret. Confusing but all ended well.
