Top experience in a top place,....
Everything was great, the manager warmly welcomed us and provided all info and things we needed. Location was also good because was not too far from city centre and quite close to bus station, very helpful for our bus journeys.
Everything was almost perfect, I would just improve the internet connection because wasn't so good in our room.

We were in the off season so we were the only people staying at the hotel. It was very quit....they would come in and set up a breakfast for us, so it was ready every morning. We only met the staff when we arrived and did not see anyone our entire stay. Our room was clean and we enjoyed the common area on our own. The beds, pillows and bedding are showing their age but still were okay. The location was great we walked from the bus depot and then we walked downtown.

We stayed at Big Bang Patagonia twice. Once for one night before Torres del Paine and then two nights after. We had the quad share room for our family of 4 - double plus bunks. It was very small but perfectly fine for sleeping with a Tv. The beds were very comfy. It was exceptionally clean, particularly the shared bathroom and very warm (it was cold outside). The breakfast each morning was excellent with cereal, toast/bread, cake, yoghurt, cheese and salami and eggs. All the staff were very friendly. We used the breakfast room during the day and had the place to ourselves. Wifi was good. A big plus for us was the use of the well equipped kitchen. The only downside was the noise. On our first morning, people started leaving at 5am and it was incredibly noisy. All other days were fine.

A bit far and youth hostel sty....
You can make your own meal, an adventage. The reception is rarely occupied so when our bus ticket were delivered nobody was there or nobody gave them to us, that caused us a bit of a problem during our journey. The rooms are clean and large enough but dark and if your neighbour is just a bit noisy, be sure you will here him. Breakfast is ok.

Nice and family-like atmospher....
During a stop over we were one night at the B&B and had a very good stay. The staff was very friendly and even perared us a lunch box for the cool kayak-trip they organized for us in the Torres del Paine NP. Our room had space and was comfortable thus a bit thin walls. Wifi worked very well.
