Cordiality and good attention received at the reception and check out. Good level of service in general by all the staff. Spacious, modern and clean rooms. Breakfast and menu choices (dinner) were quite acceptable, combining recipes of traditional character along with other more international.

Professional, Fun and Easy
Business trip and a great place to stay. Property seems new, it was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. English was not a problem for the front desk staff and the restaurant staff was more than able to make do in another language. Perfect location for walking to restaurants on the Peninsula and also for walking on the beach if desired.

Good structure and amenities b....
Unfortunately this was by far the poorest service experience I have had in a hotel in the past decade. Generally, I have not seen any smile, we were not given any positive or kind answer and when many mistakes were repeated, some very serious, we were never given any apologies, except for a welcome drink upon check-in, which we are thankful for.
We checked-in with two rooms, on the 26-th of January. The process was extremely long. I could not tell if it was the standard procedure or just lack of experience. One of the rooms was mixed up and the receptionist came after us to the elevator to take the key away and let us wait another amount of time. The entire time, none of the two receptionists ever smiled.
The room and the amenities are very good indeed (we got room #803 and #809). The bathroom is generous and the view of the room is nice. Also very clean, as the housekeeping is probably the only well organized department within the hotel. As the bathroom sink was clogged, we called the reception on our arrival day, after 7 pm, to have it fixed. It did not happen and it was obviously very unpleasant to use the water until next morning. We had to insist next day to have it done.
The bars are just sad. Always very few customers and lots of staff hanging around, not bothering to take orders. We have used their services twice (down stairs and the rooftop bar) and each time we had to go to the bar and ask for drinks because we were not approached. When they finally arrived, the drinks are indeed good. When we went upstairs, it was for the aperitif, so drinks before dinner. When asked for salty nuts, the waiter just said no. I insisted, on the ground that it is expected from an international hotel bar to serve nuts with drinks before dinner, at least a couple of olives... Literally, the waiter said to us: let me talk to my boss and see what it can be done about it. We felt wrong because a regular request became doing us a favor, which was not our intention. The lady boss arrived with a selection of nuts and plainly advised us to order sushi or something similar from the menu, next time. I found not just the attitude impolite but also the suggestion kind of bizarre.
Another technical detail about getting to the rooftop bar - the only way to the bar is to cross the pool area, where the floor is excessively moist, so you might reconsider it if you are well dressed and ready for aperitifs (as the pool is open until 10 pm, there are still guests hanging in swimming suits).
The welcome waiter at breakfast was the only truly kind person we met, among the staff, she did smile and talked nice to us. The rest of the breakfast was a very mediocre experience. Scrambled eggs were made with poor quality egg-powder (I may kindly suggest real eggs next time, as it not a remote area), pastry was half-way frozen when set on the buffet, the only sugar-free option is instant oats. However, there is a basic selection of fresh fruits as well as fresh omelets and fried eggs which can be ordered upon request at no extra charge. We had to discover it ourselves as it was never introduced to us.
The check-out was another bad experience. We just found out that upon check-in, we were assigned a more expansive rate than initially booked. Moreover, the credit card was charged with an even higher amount, by mistake. At the end, the situation was solved and the balance was correct. No apologies, whatsoever and not asked for a feedback, even formally, as the habit upon check-out is.
We might have been an exception or had bad-luck, but my friends and I are not very eager to repeat this experience and we do not recommend it to our acquaintance either. All I am saying is that I have a certain amount of travel experience and, in our particular situation, this hotel had a very poor service.

Low quality restaurant
Slow service, missed a dish in our order, waiters dont really care about providing service to customers. Typical low Chilean service type of place. Waited 2 hours (after frequent demand to the waiter and manager in charge) for the missed dish. It’s a disgrace.
Will not go there again and definitely don’t recommend. Avoid it at all costs!
