    The hotel location is in the hart of Toronto DownTown. Wi-Fi is changed. Neatness is not at all appreciated. More over the washroom hanging door is pathetic.

    WiFi not free. This does not go well with business travellers who need to be connected. Also the reception desk need to update them selves with the correct location of stores. Otherwise good hotel, right beside the Eaton centre. Good for food options all around
