Found the breakfast sausages to be not to our taste. We paid the hotel desk clerk cash for a transfer from the hotel to the airport. When a taxi arrived, the desk clerk told us that our taxi had arrived. We went out and boarded the taxi. At the airport, we had to deal with an aggressive taxi driver who wanted us to pay the fare and knew nothing about the fact that we had already paid the hotel. The driver pursued us into the terminal, and after a number of phone calls and threats to call the police, made by himself and us, the matter was resolved. This should never have happened. We paid our transfer fee to the hotel (which incidentally was 4 times the actual cost of the taxi fare to the airport) in good faith. We were not delivered the service we had paid for.
