Not worth it
Pros: Clean , friendly staff, short walk from city center
Cons: LOUD, mediocre breakfast, smoke smells, limited parking, spa cost, small gym.
Details: the hotel constantly has private parties over the weekend and throughout the week. Parties range from the 1st floor ball room to the 9th floor ball room. The pounding music and guest can be heard throughout the hotel, enough to keep you awake until 2am. Various calls to the reception does nothing, they respond with: there’s nothing we can do. Smoke sleeps through the vents and causes room to smell. The Spa has an additional cost to use. The gym is not only limited to hotel guest. Random people enter and leave the gym dirty, sweat on equipment, and wretched smells. If you are here for business and have no wake early, count on no sleep because of music. Arriving on leisure, don’t expect to sleep in because of loud slamming doors due to cleaning staff.
If management actually cared about hotel guest, this place might be great

Very friendly staff
The hotel was clean and quiet. Close enough to the old town 15 mins walk from the hotel. Rooms are reasonable size and has a city view. Whiskey library on the roof top was impressive. Breakfast is ok needs improvements. Hotel staff is very friendly. Especially "Galina" at the reception was very helpful. She helped us by giving great tips about Plovdiv with a huge smile on her face.

One of the best in Plovdiv
Hotel has very complacent name. From outside it is just a huge, monumental box. Inside you can find big reception with very kind young personnel. Procedures are smooth there and in restaurant. Some problems are with slow lifts and long corridor to the breakfast room. Rooms are clean – materials are little out of date with lot of cheap artificial materials as floor covering and dark colors. Food is good for Bulgaria – sometimes cold if you come late. Prices for drinks in rooms are decent; wine in restaurant can be expensive. Whisky days are interesting. Hotel is far from the central part of Plovdiv. Find a taxi if you are not very good walker.

The service was really perfect everywhere in the hotel - reception, conference rooms, restaurant. Everything was very clean and stylish. I was really pleased from my stay and quickly supported when I needed some help from the hotel stuff.

Very good hotel but very far f....
The hotel is modern and the rooms although quite small are modern and have all amenities, including coffee pot and ironing board - rare thing in Bulgaria.
Food in restaurant is good and delicious.
There is free parking, wifi.
Situated in a quiet residential area and you need to get a taxi to get to the centre, so maybe is good for business trips rather than pleasure.
