more of a base then a holiday ....

A few little moans but nothing major, Moan number 1, upon arrival at 10.45pm, we were handed a little pack up of a cheese and ham sandwich a little cake and Apple, nice gesture we thought, turns out not so nice at all, do not take this if you are flying back after 6pm because this little pack up is just an excuse to rob you of your teatime meal before you leave for the airport. Never before have I experienced a hotel that says if you want an evening meal you have to pay for it in an all inclusive hotel because you had a sandwich off us when you arrived. Moan number 2, most people here are over 60, which is great. They were all a great bunch of people having a nice time but in the bar instead of some nice easy listening music, they were all getting a bit fed up of listening to rap music and happy hard-core, they were more Abba sort of clients but the young bar men didn’t put any age appropriate tunes on even after they were asked to or even after the guests they complained. Moan number 3, There is No entertainment, no activities nothing, we played cards most nights if we had brought any kids they would of been bored out of their minds. Moan number 4, the pool, it’s tiny, you can’t swim in it, it’s waist deep and about 4 metre wide. Ok with my little moans out of the way – good points, the rooms are lovely and spacious. The food is simple but very nice and the views are amazing. In the room there are a few English channels but the picture isn’t the best and music channels. Location is great and the hotel is clean and 20 minute walk you are at Sunny beach, 5 minutes walk to a sandy beach and 5 minutes to Nessebar old town. If your looking for a relaxing break with amazing views and nice food this hotel is for you. If you like taking part in activities and enjoying lots of entertainment then definitely pick another hotel. I think that this should be an adults only hotel because there is nothing for kids or families to do here. We stayed for 7 nights but 4 or 5 would of been enough for us, it’s more of a base for sight seeing then a family holiday hotel.

Fantastic Hotel

Just got back from a fantastic week at this hotel cannot complain about anything except the bar staff need to smile more like they are enjoying their job . The sky bar on the roof was our favourite bar and it's now all inclusive well it was while we were there. We will be booking again soon .special thank you the guest relation receptionist.

Fantastic hotel

We stayed here for 4 nights, from the 21st May. Staff were welcoming and friendly on arrival with a porter service to take our luggage to our room. Room was at the back of the hotel, over looking the sea. Beautiful balcony view and extremely spacious room. Food was simple, but lovely, we particularly enjoyed the Bulgarian themed night. Both bars were nice to sit in, the sky bar on the roof offers both drinks you pay for and also the all inclusive menu of drinks. Definite must to visit this bar on the evening, views are beautiful. The pool area is also situated on the roof. Hotel is ideally located to walk in both the old town, which is a must see! Also to sunny beach, though a land train is available at a cheap price. We would definitely return, had such a great pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Great 10 days away

Had a last minute 10 day holiday with my daughter at this hotel. Arrived in the early hours to a friendly welcome and a bag of sandwiches and a bottle of water which was great as we were quite hungry. Had a room overlooking the bar area but as we didn't go to bed until after closing time this wasn't a problem Food was good most of the time, good choices at lunch and dinner it breakfast could have been better. The Sky Bar was great for cocktails but you have to pay, very cheap though but worth it. View was amazing too, especially at sunset We drank in the All inclusive bar but it was very much a case of quests the cocktail, I think the barman just threw in whatever was close at hand. However, as we met some great people we didn't really care. Close to old town Nessebar which is definitely worth a visit, Sunny Beach is a cheap bus ride away for a night out. The Rock Bar was cheap for cocktails too when the hotel bar had closed The pool was freezing which was a shame but there was always plenty of sun loungers to be had. The roof top bar was self service with beer, juice and coffee. The beer did run out but it wasn't a problem to ask for the barrel to be changed. All in all we had a great time away but I think we left before the tail end of the season (12 September onwards as our friends did say the quality of food went downhill) Majority of the staff were friendly and polite, especially in the dining room but the all inclusive barman was rude which did lead to some people complaining about him and his attitude. No evening entertainment on offer but as we had made friends with others we provided our own entertainment in the evening. We did enjoy the Bulgarian night through on the Thursday
