I do not recommend it for fami....
Breakfast is satisfactory, food very delicious. The pool is very nice, big and clean!
Staff at reception always ready to help you, with good mood and always smiling.
The hotel is close to the beach and to the bus station for Nessebar, airport, Burgas, Varna etc
No sound insulation in the rooms. There are no hours of common silence and they allow to organize a party in the hotel's pool with loud music and karaoke until 1:30 after midnight. Maybe even later, but I went and bought earplugs to sleep.
There are also bars near with loud music.
Change sheets and towels every three days
Poor wifi in the rooms.
I noticed that the towels had been dropped down before putting them in the rooms. Also the crockery at breakfast was the most broken. This is unacceptable for a serious hotel operating in Europe in 2017.
I do not recommend it for families with children.
If you like parties and do not sleep early, it is a good hotel at a good price.

Disgusting, not welcoming the manager tried to charge me an extra night stay. I checked in and checked out within 40 minutes. I had one meal at. Lunch when i arrived and it was dire. 3 stars is a compliment. This is good if tou go self catering and only plan to sleep but the rooma look like a 1970's soviet union room.

This is something I hate to do ! I can't say anything nice from what I saw! I booked and tried to check on at 11 as we requested an early booking as we had travelled from 5 the following evening and we knew we were gonna need a drink....we walked in horrible receptionist (blond ish curl hair in her 40's) straight away 2 o clock so we mentioned early check-in said 2 and served a foreign couple and let them check in!!! So we walked to very close beach.....came back at 350 she checking ppl in so we thought ok! Told me wait there .....served 6 more ppl so I said can I check in she just ignored me !!! And proceeded to check in others! I was getting so angry we were exhausted so I said can we get a drink I needed a coffee...she said no pay yet I said we have tried checking in since 11!!! Ignored me again! So I said screw your hotel got my luggage and walked out!! This was 230! We had to cancel our card as they were trying to take money!!! We will never ever do booking.com again!!

Stayed here 4 nights, in August. The hotel looks like an old communist hotel, with lots of ppl coming and going. First thing you notice when you come here, nobody speaks english, but nobody. I had to write my name on a piece of paper so they could find my reservation. My fridge didn't worked for 2 days, and i couldn't speak with anyone about this. Finally we resolved it using sign language. Food was ok, eggs, vegetables, sausages, bread, coffee (i had only breakfast included). The hotel is close to beach, around 5 min of walking. The pool is ok, large enough for the amount of ppl coming to swim, the only problem is that you never find a spot to leave your things. All the chairs are taken since 7 in the morning i think. i never had a chance in 4 days.
If you don't care where you stay, you just want a bed and a shower and you eat only in the city, this hotel is quite good.

An OK Budget hotel
Stayed at the hotel 14-18.07.
Ordered through booking.com
Check in is at 14 and not a minute before.
We have got a room and the 4th floor, in a wing where there is NO ELEVATOR which was annoying because it was not stated anywhere.
We were on a half board meal plan.
The breakfast was the same every day - round slices of cucumber, quarter sliced tomatos, two sorts of sausages, sunny side up eggs, yogurt with granola, some syrups.
The dinner was 3 types of meat (chicken wings/fried fish/pork etc) French fries, rice some vegetables and some fruits.
Both meals were OK, especially for the price we paid.
The room was normal size, two single bads and not a twin.
Small balcony, tiny toilet with a douche.
Old small and fat TV (which is next to the bed instead in front, so you can't really watch it)
Normal Air-condition with a remote (not central and not turned off if you are not in the room)
A small minibar.
The hotel and the room were really clean.
We had some problems during our stay. One, We have ordered and paid with booking.com, and in one of the nights the receptionist said we didn't pay - that was sorted a day later and they apologized for their mistake.
Two, the main doors of the rooms are old (they are like bathroom doors that have round handle that rotates, and a button on the inside to lock the door) and on the second day the door almost ripped from the hinge and almost wouldn't close. We have complained and one good guy from the stuff have tries to fix it (without success :( ) so in the next morning a specialist fixed the door (but is still doesn't perfect)
The pool is big, and max depth is 1.6 meters, though the water was filled constantly with ice cold water, so it was hard to be inside.
The hotel has a small supermarket inside that had everything we needed. Also there is a Crown change branch inside the hotel so we always felt safe changing money.
I think I would recommend for people who want a cheap hotel (we've paid 44 eur for night for double room and a half board for two) that don't look for huge rooms and fancy stuff or elevators...
