With an amazing architecture (windows that allows the wind to pass through), the rooms in this pousada are great. I stayed with my wife and 1-year-old son and it was perfect. Mr. Thai and the rest of the staff provided us with great service at the pool.

It's really a beautiful hotel. The place is calm and not far from the town center. It's neither on the beach nor in the town center, but the places are really near. The rooms are large. A very good place to stay in Jericoacoara.

There are better options in je....
We stayed 2 nights at Naquela because our hotel of choice (hurricane) was fully booked 2 of the 4 nights we spent in Jeri. We paid more for our room in Naquela and got a lot less value for money. The hotel isn't that bad, but the rooms feel like they really could use an update, especially the bathrooms. We switched to a chalet the second night, but it wasn't better. The neighbours there were noisy and kept us up until 5am (it was a saturday). The garden is nice, the breakfast good and the staff really helpful and friendly. If they renovate the rooms, this could be a nice hotel, but as it is right now, I would not recommend it.

We have recently spent 1 night in Jericoacoara and like this hotel a lot. No extreme luxury, but good standard. Beautiful architecture, very friendly staff, warm atmosphere. Swimming pool is nicely surrounded by tropical garden. at night it is pretty calm here, which is probably not the case for all places in Jericoacoara. the only minus point is that it is a little far from the beach... otherwise all perfect.

We stayed for a few nights over new year. The pool and garden area are an oasis of calm. Excellent chalets, gorgeous and comfy beds, great little whirlpool baths, hammocks and good showers, great bar guy.
Would recommend this to anyone. Mixture of guests from young families to couples. Be warned though no body on the staff when we were here spoke 1 word of English and I struggled a couple of times to get them to understand my Portuguese, although it is not very good I felt a couple of times they may have just being odd? Even when I held up 4 fingers to represent our chalet number they still did not understand?! Apart from the communication the facilities are great.
