If you want a cheap accommodat....
The hotel is very cheap and central. The position is perfect and it is in the middle of the heart of Curitiba near to the pedestrian main street. It's also have in the same building a slice pizzeria useful in the rainy night that believe me there will be many. The look of the hotel is degraded and old in perfect style with the city, but despite that it offers big room with a beautiful view. In my room tv often lost signal and safe was unusable. Staff Is very cordial. I suggest this hotel if like me you want have a cheap rest and maybe working a bit with your computer before to go the next Brazilian city. And no, Wi-Fi is not good here, streaming was impossible and sometimes the signal was absent at all.

Nice room, needs work!
I stayed there on a quick trip to Curitiba. The room was a little outdated but it was spacious. The corridor's wall where destroyed and need a lot of work. On the good side, it's close to Praça Tiradentes where you can get the tourist bus than can take you to Curitiba's most important attractions. The breakfast was good and it has free WiFi. So I have mixed feelings about it.

Of the five hotels I stayed in during the World Cup, this was by far the worst. "Dump," "Dive" and "Hole in the Ground" come to mind. The rooms were dark with poor lighting. The carpet was filthy. The bathroom was horrible. About the only good thing is the location: right downtown near the walking district.
Since it was during the World Cup, I booked and paid well in advance. That didn't stop them from trying to charge me again when I checked out.

somebody on here wrote, "you g....
look, i'm brazilian and i know what you get for the $. traveling from são paulo to curitiba, for business. i created an account to write this review because, honestly, this place is absurd. for starters i thought it was abandoned when i arrived in my cab. 2 min later a guy showed up to open the door. will skip the bad service at the abandoned/spooky/david lynch-esque front door situation, cause that's irrelevant compared to all else. arrived in my room: AC doesn't work. shower: cold water. "turn the faucet and let it run for 10 min". nothing. i ask them for an iron and iron board. i'm an alien. nobody has asked for that before. i asked the guy for my money back and he says, "ok", softly. s-e-r-v-i-c-e. sucking it up and staying here because it's 2 Am and i need to be up in the AM for my meeting and there's no other hotel open nearby!

You get what you Pay
No English at the counter. But a guy who will take your luggage to the room.
TV was not working, bathroom poor, noisy street as you can not close the windows properly.
But the rooms are spacious, I had a Room with 3 beds. The fridge was pretty loud I had to turn it off to find sleep. The price is okay. I payed 100 R$.
