Terrible hotel

I stayed there for 1 night. Awful hotel. The room was extremely dirty and the furniture very poor and in terrible conditions. There was dust everywhere while the bed sheets and the desk chair were all covered with spots. I spent 77 Euro when it wasn't worth not even 10 Euro. Stay away from this hotel, choose another one. I'll definitely never go back there again.

AR hotel

Small rooms but good staff. The food is good. Outdoor pool looks dirty at times. The beds are comfortable and firm. The hotel is on a hill, so if you do not like walking up and down hills, it is not for you.

Very rude staff

I rarely write a review but my experience here was so bad that I feel that I need to warn people. The front desk employees need to be trained in basic customer service. My card key did not work and I needed to walk back up a hill to reception with all of my luggage. There was no simple "I'm sorry". They took the key, reprogrammed it, only to have it happen again. On my second return with all of my luggage, I would expect an "I'm sorry". But....nothing. They programmed a different card, which finally worked. Upon checkout, both front desk employees had terrible attitudes when I asked for a receipt. It's sad that such a basic thing as not saying "I'm sorry" can ruin a hotel's reputation. Management needs to train their employees in very basic customer service.

So bad bad beds....s....

I was here for a two day meeting...I´m really disappointed because this hotel has almost all areas to improve: 1) Beds: really bad!...are individual and 3 in one room....2) Food: Disgusting...the worst Brazilian food I ever had....3) Main street: This Hotel is in the middle of a very bad land, and even more, the main strain that goes down the hotel rooms is so bumpy and dangerous to walk in. 4) Attention: Almost all are not kindly and do not show an smile for the clients. I don´t want to go back there.

Nice hotel and very good pool

Hotel with a very good quality, even for fun or business. Their convention center can support big groups there. Breakfast is very good but ask for a fresh orange juice since the juice on the bottle was so artificial for me.
