Nice little hotel!
We stayed in a spacious cleaned room in the newer part of the hotel. Staff was wery friendly and helpful! Breakfast was very good. Only had problems with warm water in the shower, it would constantly change to cold. Everything else was very good!

Lovely staff, comfortable room....
We stayed here for a week just before the busy season....
- lovely staff (very helpful and friendly)
- comfortable bed
- daily room clean
- great breakfasts + coffee
- supermarket 2 minute walk
- restaurant 2 minute walk
- 20 minute walk to Sarajevo City Centre
- room was dark
- shower makes a mess (but is great at the same time)
A taxi from the hotel to the old town or city Centre will cost you about 5 marks which is extremely affordable!
Make sure to get an invoice from the hotel stating you have stayed there so you don't come into any hassles with border police.

I would stay there again
Room: Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom.
Brakfast: tasty (jam, butter, ham, cheese, milk, omlette, hotdog, yogurt, coffee, juice, musli), but I expected it to be more versatile
Flaw: It was a bit far from city center, we had to take cab (one ride to city center approximately 5km=2.5 eur)
* free wifi

Overall, very good. Staff are....
Stayed here for about a week in October 2015. All really good - very clean, good value for money and fantastic staff. The only issue was the powercut which happened part way through my stay. For one night I was put in the hotel (or hostel!) Jasmine down the road which was not of the same standard. Although I think the staff did everything they could to help, this was very inconvenient and spoiled part of my holiday. However, the staff (particularly Amir) did all that they could to help resolve the situation. I would happily return. I really loved Sarajevo.

although we got there late there was friendly staff to give us the keys to our room, which happened to be very big and clean and modern. the only problem was it was about two to three k/m from town center, and a rainy weekend, hence the taxi:s, there was not much for breakfast but he did do a nice omelette, they did have a seafood restaurant in hotel with reasonable prices also a bar, if it was closer to town I would consider going back there
