Not suitable for children/fami....
I want to be fair, but this was possibly the worst hotel I have ever been in.
Firstly my taxi upon arriving told me the area was very dangerous and he would recommend moving but I’d read lots of reviews and I felt like it might still be ok. But I was very wrong.
We arrived at midnight which meant the reception was not open (luckily) I’d read online about this and had requested a code for the door security which the hotel had provided no problem (this was a positive)
My son and I passed 2 prostitutes right outside the hotel and what seemed to be their pimps (this was intimidating) we got inside safely and climbed 2 flights of stairs to our room (which the hotel had left unlocked with our key waiting inside) - the idea of our being being unlocked also left me on edge even though we hadn’t arrived - it was more the thought of other people possibly having access before us.
The stairs up to the room were filthy and the walls badly needed painted but the reception area was ok.
Our room was very small but that didn’t bother me- however there was no air con and we broke sweat immediately - we also could not sleep with the window open as it simply was not safe - there was a fire escape ladder right at the window and the window opened like a door - so anyone could easily climb in.
After a sleepless night on a questionable bed I contacted the booking agent and asked to leave - thankfully the hotel were amazing and refunded me the remaining Days of the booking - they were pleasant and helpful in getting us to our next location.
I think if you were a man or a group of men and women looking for budget accommodation you could handle one night but otherwise I’d avoid.
The staff were really helpful though.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The apartments are located in what it seems the red district. We didn’t have any issues but at least 1-2 prostitutes are always around. Breakfast is served in a hotel 2 blocks away by the avenue. The apartment was ok, it has a kitchenette and a mini fridge. There’s a carrefour express 2 mins away and the metro is also close. We stayed on the third floor of one of their buildings, there’s no lift and the stairs are a bit narrow so that should be something to consider when traveling with bulky luggage. The staff members were always nice.

Staff very good and helpful, g....
Internet was excellent as was size of room and desk. No elevator and stairs were very narrow and steep so carrying suitcase was not easy. Located near many restaurants, bars and fast food establishments. Located near a major "Ladies of the night" intersections, but they were not pushy nor a problem - families could stay in this hotel (other than the steep stairs if a stroller is being carried).

Nice Staff, Good Location and ....
The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is good, it takes only 5 minutes from the hotel to the nearest underground station. The room is modern and clean. I would definitely come back again when I visit Brussels again. However, there's no lift in the hotel which I found it quite hard to carry my suitcase by the narrow stairs.

Dirty, not like the pics & no ....
Prostitutes on the street which I could have dealt with ok if it wasn't for the rest of the experience.
We looked a large bed room as my 1 year old son sleeps in bed with me when we travel. The only available were on the 4th floor. Had to haul an exra large bag plus 2 smaller bags and a child up 4 flights of stairs (which were not clean).
The room was extremely basic. No lamps on bedside tables, two extremely limp lumpy pillows, no tea/coffee facilities in room (no kettle to boil bottles for son unless I went down 4 flights of stairs). No bath as per advert pics (require for small child). Disgusting white stains on the chair, bathroom floor dirty, shower curtain seen better days.
Feels like a room that prostitutes rent out by the hour.
