I was given a room at the 7th floor. The lift could only be used up to the 6th floor and I had to carry my luggage to the room from the stair(20 steps) and no assistance was provided to me, though I have told the receptionist that I had a problem with my leg . A colleague of mine was travelling with me and had booked her room from another side. Her room was good enough situated on the 2nd floor. Asking for a room also in the second floor I got a negative answer with the excuse that there was no availability and because I have chosen the particular side to make my reservation which in the future I should avoid. The room was completely unacceptale very small, even no place for the luggage and in order to get into the shower I had to climb anoter three stairs that was really difficult as the floor was very slippery and there was not an attachment to hold on getting out. Before using the room I asked again to be given another room whatever the size but at least with a bathroom at the same level. The receptionist who was really impolite he denied and told me that I could asked again in the morning and he insisted on his point of view that partly I was to be blamed for having this room as I have chosen this side to book. It was like he wanted to punish me. The next morning I was given another room of the same size but at least having the shower at the same level. The receptionist in the morning had a very good behaviour and admitted that this paticular room was available from the previous night. Anywaty the room I have seen in the side when booking had not any similarity with the one I was given. I am travellin for so many years and I never had such an experience
