Great one night stay
Booked this hotel on line after deciding on a last minute trip to Bruges. I was a little worried after reading some negative reviews, but we took our chance... Our family room - one double and two single beds - was really big. It looked to have recently been renovated. The beds were comfy and the shower was very powerful. Our room had a window overlooking the canal. Breakfast was a buffet.... very nice rolls and croissants, as well as eggs, yoghurt and meat. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. All in all, a good value hotel that ticked all the boxes!

Great little budget hotel
We were a bit concerned what this would be like after reading some of the previous reviews but we needn't have worried. It was perfect for a short break in Bruges. Its biggest asset is the location: overlooking a canal, a short walk from the centre and with a row of food restaurants/snack bar, also on the canal bank across the road. We had a ground floor room and could sit on the deep window ledge in the sunshine, looking out over the canal. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. OK, I agree the ensuite shower room is tiny and, with ranch style doors, is not sound proof. However there is a WC in the reception area, if required. The young staff were all polite and friendly and the buffet breakfast was adequate, with ham, cheese, eggs, fresh bread and rolls.

Room was tidy, bed was comfy and the shower worked no tea/coffee facilities in room tv only had one radio channel and one tv channel lol, plus they advertise in room that a breakfast could be made up if leaving early but in fact they no longer do it so info needs updating , Good location near all the histrical parts. It wasn't luxury but we knew that anyway. Breakfast was very basic but very nice , Overpriced a bit but so is everything in bruges

The hotel is in a great location, with brilliant canal views I would recommend paying the extra for this option. The hotel is in a perfect position as it is only a few minutes stroll to the main town square. The room looked to be recently renovated despite the bathroom resembling something out of an aeroplane, so if couples are shy then this isn't for you. Breakfast wasn't too bad it consisted of meats, cheeses, yoghurt, fresh croissants and bread. Overall I think the hotel is good value for money and provided all of the ammenties and fantastic location, along with a clean hotel, perfect for us to explore the beauty that brugge has to offer.

Small hotel near the centre
Not bad hotel near the centre.
The room is quite ascetic, but has all you need.
A small nuance: we booked to room, both of them were at the last floor. On of them has very strange bathroom - It was exactly the bath at the ferry!!!! We thought that they took it from the ferry ( the whole cabin with WC and bath and brought it to the hotel) How could they do it??? The problem was the bath was not hermetic! It was the empty place (about 15 sm between the floor and the door). The room was small and you can hear and breath everything what happens in the bathroom. (? 205 or 206, don't remember. These room are in front each other.
The breakfast is too nuance, no cucumber or tomato or fruits.
Good location near canal.
