Pathetic Experience

The hotel description specifically mentioned that the rooms are air-conditioned. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the AC remotes had been taken away and that air conditioning is only allowed during the summer months (June to August). During our stay, the weather in Vienna was extremely hot, yet we were still denied access to the AC. This was very misleading and caused significant discomfort during our stay.
