The location of the hotel was absolute perfect walking distance from the center, trams, bus stops, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Yes the rooms were small and compact and a bit pricey too but location, cleanliness etc was near perfect. Indian restaurant is just below the hotel which was a plus for us being Indians

Clean, friendly staff. Breakfast plentiful. However email did not work in the room Only choice given me was to work in the lobby. Elevator was being repaired and not operating part of each day I was there. Room in the old building had no old world charm at all nor did the building itself. Anyone choosing this hotel for it's location should choose the new building in hopes that the wiring would be better.

We were housed in an annex to the main hotel, very close, but requiring taking luggage up some 20 steps - no bellman available to help. Room was clean, quite small, and everything was in working order. Breakfast, usually good in most European hotels, was only average. Cheeses were old, cheese which should be soft were hard, some too old, and some just taken out of the fridge. The most annoying thing was the constant loud chatter between two staff members on duty in the dining room when I was the only guest there.

The only issue was the noice due to the renovation during the day.
