Don't Miss this VinDoBoda Barg....
This is the Vin Apartment (smallest of the three). Entryway, toilet with shower, and a large room with bed, closet, TV with stand, table and two chairs, and a little kitchen unit with cupboards above with two-burner cook top and fridge. I appreciated having a toaster. Not many of my rentals do. There is an electric kettle for hot water and three different coffee makers. Even a bit of coffee in the cupboard. Salt, pepper, sugar and olive oil were in the cupboard. And tubes of mustard in the fridge.
Everything is in threes for glassware, dishes and utensils. Kitchen towel, new sponge, and dish soap is provided. Hand soap for bath and toilet paper provided. Flooring is tile in entry and bath and hardwood (Pergo?) in great room. Three grocery stores within five minutes' walk (Hofer, Billa, and Spar Gourmet). The bahnhof has ATM as well as Tabac for tram/bus/metro tickets.
Very clean. I added two stainless steel baskets for the shower to hold soap and shampoo. There is a heated towel rack in the bathroom. You can use the washing machine in the hallway and hang your clothes on the drying racks. There is an ironing board and iron, also in the hallway. You pay 22 euro for cleaning, but you walk into a very clean room. The #10 tram goes onto the ring and passes one block away. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
The three windows in the great room are just above street level. I had my windows open and because the street is a private one (no outlet), the traffic is minimal. But garbage day is Tuesday, so don't plan to sleep in.
I was extremely pleased with the accommodation and will definitely use this when I come to Vienna again.

Fascinating insight into the K....
It was a very interesting tour with audio guide that made it highly informative. The rooms were also well furnished to help picture the scene. Linked with the Sisi Museum this was another must see in Vienna. Also a great way to see around the Hofberg palace.

Superb location, excellent roo....
This apartment is located within a short (15 minute) walk of central Vienna. I was impressed by the cleanliness, the location and the helpful owner.
In the past, I have always used hotels in Vienna but the self-contained and private nature of the Kaiser Apartments has convinced me that this is a much more practical answer!
I would unreservedly reccomend the Kaiser Apartments to anyone!

A place in Vienna
A great alternative to a traditional hotel. We stayed in the smaller duo apartment facing the inner courtyard. Very quiet, really a great sleep. For short stays the price is rather high when you include the mandatory cleaning fee, but for stays of more then a few days the value is great.

the best apartment in Vienna
The apartment is perfectly located for tourists, 5 minute walk to subway, 15 minutes from the historic center of Vienna and in one subway station from District Heating Plant Spittelau by Hundertwasser.
We got the apartment "Bona" - a beautiful bright, clean apartment with windows facing the street. The street is very quiet and so in the mornings noise didn't disturbe us. Very near to the apartment there is a restaurant, bakery, grocery stores, where you can buy some products.
If you do not have time to buy a map, you can take it in the apartment, maps and promotional materials are in the hallway on the windowsill.
Mr. Kaiser (host) is a very nice person, you can ask him any questions that you have.
So I recommend this apartment to everyone who goes to visit Vienna!
