I felt this hotel catered for the business client. Slow service not really that 5 star service. Really annoying there were American delegates there form some government section and all the attention was on them, not the customers who are really paying the bill, (not the tax payers). Was asked to leave the lift so a delegate could get in from the security guard. We stayed in the executive suite which was the best they had and was not as good as the Ritz Carlton we had stayed in Berlin the week prior. My suggestion is the with become a business hotel only or make major improvements on their customer service levels.
