Good: Clean and convenient apartment, great location, near to trains, all the tourist spots are walkable. good food joints nearby, etc. A neighborhood where you will not get bored.
Bad: Rowdy crowd at next door pub, who hover over the entrance of your door. Did not bother us thought.
No front desk
Not so smooth check in experience.
Also you are supposed the confirm the inventory of the items in the apartment, close to 75 items on list. Certainly that is not the responsibility of the guest!
Overall not a pleasant experience due to uncertainty of various factors. I would blame Hotels.com for the experience rather than the Vision Apartments.

This small apartment in Vienna was almost perfect for me. Well equipped and very clean plus excellent front office staff. The only negatives are the bed was too hard and the telly basically had 1 English speaking channel, BBC World News. That gets a bit old when you're having a slow start to the morning over coffee and breakfast. Small problems though and would definitely recommend this lovely apartment and I would happily stay again.

Bright, airy and ideal
Located just a few blocks from the Danube, VisionApartments was close to all the major attractions in Vienna, but far enough from the crowds to be quiet. The neighborhood was safe and close to a grocery and metro station.
Like most short-term apartments in Europe, it wasn't the most straightforward checkin process, but at least we didn't have to walk to another location. A lift from the lobby made getting bags to our room easier. Security seemed good to the building and each room.
The room we had was on the top floor which included AC since it received the daytime sun. That was a nice surprise since it didn't advertise AC. The room was big and bright; perhaps a bit too bright since it had a translucent skylight which let in the bright morning light. A door opened to a small balcony overlooking the rooftop and other unit's windows. There was plenty of space to unpack our things and spread out. A fully equipped small kitchen and dining table were convenient for making meals.
The bed was a bit hard and the provided comforter was too hot without other covering options. We wanted to leave the door to the outside open at night but rain would come in onto the wood floors. Bathroom was a decent size with plenty of hot water, but the lack of adequate ventilation kept it rather damp.
Television was good sized with lots of English and German language channels. A small stereo system provided music. An in-room safe was available for our valuables. The apartment met our needs and was easy to reach. The price was reasonable too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for your Vienna visit.

The apartment is well located in a small side street about 10 mins walk from St Stephens cathedral and the tourist bureau. The nearest underground is also in stephenplatz.
The apartment has a small kitchen which consists of a sink, a double hot plate and a microwave. The amount of useable bench space for food preparation In Our apartment was about 15-18 inches as the rest was under an attic eave which would necessitate being on your knees. The bed is a queen size but in our apartment the person on one side had to bend low to get under the eave overhang to get in and out of bed. The tv is in front of the bed under the eave so the only place to watch it is on the bed. A sofa or a couple of armchairs would fit in easily and have made the stay much more comfortable.
There is a small dining table and 2 chairs and ample storage. A safe for valuables and a dishwasher.
You need to read the fine print as you are charged a security fee of €300 for stays under 2 weeks and €500 for more than 2 weeks. This was taken out a week prior to our arrival.
Email response time is slow and there is no reception.
There is a lift. The neighbourhood is good with lots of restaurants and a supermarket close by.
