Nice hotel in the city centre
The hotel is centrally located and is just 5 minutes walking from the main train station. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread was decent too. However, I guess the room we got was on the main road so was a bit noisy because of vehicles passing. Had to keep the window open as it was warm inside. Overall, our stay was nice at the hotel. Would recommend and visit again.

Small rooms but central locati....
Innsbruck is a small town and most attractions are within walking distance from this hotel. The hotel is located in an old building right in front of the Triumph arch on the main road of Innsbruck. It is just about 4-5 minutes walking distance from the train station - you don't even need a taxi to get there. There was a Hop On Hop Off bus stop just opposite the hotel which was pretty convenient for me.
The hotel is very small and the passages bery narrow. My room was bery small and the bathroom so tiny that there was hardly room for one person to stand inside. The breakfast was ok.

Average but good location
More suitable as bed and breakfast.
Room is clean and neat
Location is very good.
Not necessary to stay in this location as most stores are closed at 7 pm.
No parking space. So you have to park at parking place next to this hotel.

Good hotel, great location
I'm not sure of some of the reviews left on here and wonder what people's expectations are! We really enjoyed our stay here and would go back again. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. They were slightly dated but in keeping with the hotel. We asked for extra pillows and a kettle/mugs for our room which were delivered whilst we were out. The hotel staff were friendly and keen to help in anyway. The breakfast was good and in keeping with most Austrian hotels and certainly enough to keep you going till later in the day. We left a case there whilst we visited Vienna and Salzburg and this was kept safe for us till we returned 3 days later. The location couldn't be better for the town and train station and only 10 mins from the airport by car. Photos show views from the 2 rooms we stayed in.

Older (more heritage “older”) hotel, great location at the end of one of the main streets, next to the Triumphpforte landmark.
Reasonable free breakfast (mostly just bread and cereal), friendly reception team and you can get kettles etc from reception if you want to make a cuppa in your room (no safe or fridge in room).
Our room was huge with a desk, beds and a wardrobe with plenty of hanging space but a teeny tiny bathroom (but it gets the job done). Neat and clean but dated appearance & furniture.
All in all, this hotel seems alright value for money if you want something comfortable but not looking for 5 star luxury.
