Affordable family accommodatio....
Clean, comfortable and practical for a grown family. We found it central for exploring Melbourne, the Dandenongs, & the Mornington Peninsular. The fact it had a garage, back yard, & laundry made it family friendly and a real home away from home! Recommended ?

We stayed here for 3 weeks between moving our of rented accommodation and moving into our new house. The townhouse apartments, although about 30 years old, are comfortable and very well equipped for a long stay. The townhouse we stayed in was impeccably clean with weekly cleaning and linen change. Although there is nominally parking for 2 cars - a garage with a parking space behind, the garage is very narrow and only suitable for a small car. Walking distance to the bus and a 5 minute drive to the Monash Freeway for quick access to the City. Highly recommended.

Just the job
We stayed here for 6 days. The town house was well equipped, clean and well serviced. There was plenty of space in all the rooms. Getting access after hours was easy and the staff could not have been more helpful. Like a earlier reviewer we did not use the garage, purely for the convenience of access to the car. Rubbish bins were put out and returned for us. As far as location is concerned it is only a 5 minute drive to the local station with easy access to the CBD. Also being away from the centre was advantageous for getting to all the other places around Melbourne we wanted to see.
One of the best places we stayed at during our 2.5 month holiday in Australia.

Quiet affordable and spavious
With ample room, a lockable garage and quiet small backyard, this is a small home. It's clean but dated and the furniture is tired. The kitchen has basic amenities. Foxtel is a nice touch. The location is so central that we feel like locals after a few days as everything can be easily reached. We will come back.

We stayed here for 3 days. Found it clean in apperance and smell. Very quiet, except at sunrise with a lot of birdsong. Nice and comfortable beds. Good big flatscreen TV and Foxtel too. Central heating was a great asset. Garage a bit small, most people left car in front. Easy access to and from main roads. Would have liked to stay longer.
