Very basic! No shampoo, the room stunk of cigarettes. We complained and wanted to move rooms. The receptionist couldn't smell anything! Would not move us as the room would have to be cleaned! Read the other reviews, they are pretty accurate!

Absolutely a joke for quality in comparison to the price we paid.
Neither of the beds were level, both very old and uncomfortable springs, only sheets no duvets. Bathroom was extremely basic and questionable cleanliness.
Would not recommend or stay again.

Most disgusting place ever. A ....
I have travelled extensively for work and pleasure over the past 35 years and I can only say this is the worst accommodation I've ever experienced. Even hostels in India were better than this. The TV and aircon didn't work, there was a faeces stain on a wall and the bed was a foam mattress that offered no support. This would've been more tolerable if it hadn't been for the rude, unhelpful and arrogant attitude of the receptionist. The price on n the web is also a lie. Having advertised it as $66, I was charged $100. The receptionist said it was trivago's fault and had nothing to do with her. She was unable to help with the TV nor aircon and said she could get a Mr.Wong to come and look at it in a couple of hours. She asked if I really needed it now, and seeing it was 36 degrees at the time and the room stunk, I said yes. I can't believe in a modern and competitive marketplace, this sort of motel still exists. I think it is just a front for a money laundering exercise. It surely can't be surviving as a motel. Tell your friends. Don't stay there. The price is a joke and the staff is clueless.
