So beautiful and welcoming hos....
The room was well appointed, clean and tidy - everything your little heart desires, lush, immaculate gardens to wander, a very short drive to the beach, 5kms. Fresh, organic eggs delivered to you room for breakfast. honestly i felt like I'd been away a month, so relaxed.
Boat Harbour is rated one of the best 10 beaches to visit what are you waiting for?

Cosy Cottage, beautiful garden....
It was just what we needed while visiting friends who live at Sister's Beach which was closeby. It's a quick drive to Boat Harbour beach or into Wynard where you can pick up all your supplies for your stay. The beach is spectacular and the café on the beach was just lovely. The cottage itself is rustic and comfortable. Steve was very welcoming and the gardens are a credit to them. Thanks for having us!

Amazing gardens comfortable co....
Thoroughly enjoyed our week amongst beautiful gardens in a cosy cottage. Steve and Debbie are to be commended on their overall maintenance of this beautiful property.. Only suggestion the Gardens would be " perfect" for a Tea Garden Cafe.

Boat Harbour accommodation
Booked and paid for accommodation through Expedia. Drove for around 5 hours to arrive and be told that they had no booking confirmation, so could not accommodate us.
Either Expedia or the accommodation providers were at fault but at the end of the day, it threw our plans into disarray.

Good value, lovely gardens
We enjoyed our two-day stay at Cottage 1. It was a very cold weekend, so the heater and electric blankets came in handy. The cottage is spacious, comfortable and homely, had all we needed - and was good value too! The surrounding gardens are lovely. There was a laundry on-site (a room with washing machine and tumble drier - self-serve and very handy).
Steve was very pleasant to deal with.
Nearby Boat Harbour, Sisters Beach and Stanley are must-see destinations. Make sure you enjoy a meal at Boat Harbour Beach Surf lifesaving Club.
We do hope to return another day and recommend the cottages.
Note that they are not AT Boat Harbour, but are an easy five minute drive. The garden setting totally compensates for not being at the beach. The main road is nearby, but the minimal traffic (this is the countryside!) subsides by nightfall, and was not a problem at all.
