Comfortable stay in a great lo....
Hubbie and I recently stayed at Shoal Bay holiday Park in a cabin. The cabin was very clean, well equipped and was quite spacious for us. As it was a 2 bedroom cabin, we had a spare room to put our luggage and other gear in.
The tropical gardens and pathways around the cabins were attractive and full of birdlife. Even a few rabbits scuttling around.
We enjoyed some walks along the beach which was just across the road, and loved looking at the beauty of the Bay.
We were close enough to also walk to the nearby restaurants and shops.
We also made good use of the Park's B.B.Q's and seating. Enjoyed the sunshine with BBQ lunch and a glass of wine.
We would confidently recommend this Park to anyone.

Beautiful trip away
Just came back from a weekend away at beautiful Shoal Bay. We chose to stay in the Safari tents as we wanted to kids to feel like they were camping but without slugging all the camping gear in the car.
The Safari tents were well set out and practical. A little cold at night but it is the onset of winter after all.
We loved the fact that you can walk to the beach, shops and an abundance of wildlife at the door every morning.
The only negative of our stay, at no fault of the park's, was that there was a group staying there that took up 5 out of the 8 safari tents, were drunk and obnoxioius, loud and lets just say that throwing around footballs at 2 am is not cool. Thankfully only had to put up with that for 1 night.
Overall, would we stay there again - yes, but probably in a cabin in winter though!

BEST IN THE BAY
We love this park but I dont want to say too much in case word gets out. It has everything you want or need. Food, shops, pub, beach, park your car and forget it - you can walk to it all. Clean, quiet, well run.

Excellent facilities, accommodation and weather. A really enjoyable and relaxing few days. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something a little bit more luxurious than a standard camping holiday- and at a very affordable price!
