Great park, right on the seafr....
spent over a week on this great park, right on the beach and close to all of the attractions of Byron bay, cannot recommend this place enough, had a great time, friendly staff who looked after us very well.

We stayed in a hut in the First Sun Holiday Park. Wow every square inch of that camp ground is utilised by a mix of campers, tents, cabins and huts. The park is well looked after, ammenities very clean and tidy and caters for young and old.
Location fantastic and very central to the bustling tourist hub.
Busy is what to always expect in Byron but it makes for a entertaining get away.
The beach was glorious yesterday sunny and calm and also packed!
At least you can park your car while staying here and just go by foot every where as it costs to park in Byron which can be painful to find and costly to visit.
All in all good for a hippie vibe.

Location is the only positive
This campsite is located right in town on the beach and that’s the only positive. It’s very expensive $90 per night in comparison to big 4 ‘s that are around $50. The camp kitchen is wide than a backpackers or hostel, there is no night light switches on directly outside the toilets do standing in darkness to put in codes in the middle of the night. There isn’t ANY facilities for kids, no playground, pool or attractions. Not family friendly at all, purely targeted at a young market keen to stay in town near all the action. There are also people outside the fence boundary to the beach smoking marijuana so you are constantly smelling it, as I said not appropriate for families and would stay here again

Not too bad.
Site is pretty good, amenities aren’t too bad and clean, camp kitchen is a bit lacking if anything. Location is great, with beach access and close to the centre. Wouldn’t bother with the paid WiFi which is awful, no more than 1mb download speeds when it wasn’t cutting out.

Best location to walk everywhe....
Amazing location, right next to Main Street but still hidden away enough to be private. Walking distance to absolutely everything, Beach, Shops, Restaurants, etc. Facilities are clean and up to date. Staff always on hand.
