The only good thing about this place is the location. Other than that, it’s terrible: Rooms are dark and dirty. Bathroom is especially dirty and poorly equipped. Facilities are simply non-existent. Pool has never been cleaned up and it’s not healthy to swim in it. But above all, the service is remarkably awful. The cleaning lady refused to make up the room because I was sleeping after 12:00 and the receptionists are rude and lazy. They have clearly some issues of management that make the hotel be miserable. They made made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. I would never come back here or recommend it to anybody. Certainly a very bad experience.

Horrible, no other way to fram....
Stayed only one night (thank god). The hotel was dark and not welcoming. The room was old and rather run down. Bathroom was even worse. The towels were old and frayed. We had an old style tub with a shower head, water leaked everywhere when showering. The hotel offers free WiFi but unfortunately the WiFi does not work and we had to go to a local restaurant to check into our flight. The breakfast was horrible as well. The bread and croissants were stale and old. The selection was minimal. The front staff was unable to give directions to some of the most popular places in the area. Nothing good to say. Avoid if possible!

2 stars are enough
Clean bathroom but not enough towels, poor supplies.
Some lights did not work. Very dark!!! And finally breakfast: instant coffee, very little fruit. I had to ask for milk for my cereal and it was warm. Medialunas re-heated and burnt.

The only good thing is locatio....
We stayed in this hotel for one night. Our last night in Argentina.
Location-wise is very good as there are so many good resurtants nearby.
Other than that, unfortunately, not good. Rooms are not good. Not clear. Furniture and bed are in need of total replacement.
Bathroom is not clear.
Staff, however, are helpful.

Basic boutique but great value....
I found this hotel on the recommendation from a friend. I personally like the friendly boutique feeling which is a little rough and ready. I was staying at the Sheraton for a few days and wanted a change. The hotel is right in the middle of the Palermo area which is full of great little cafes, bars and restaurants as well loads of funky little shops. This area is also only a short taxi ride away from most of the sights. For the price it is well worth it and yes there was a little rust running when you first turn on the tap but it is part of the charm. At around $70 dollars a night including breakfast in a city like Buneos Aires it is very good value. I was paying $200 a night room only at the Sheraton in a terrible area, but hey I did have clear water!! I would defiantly recommend this hotel if you are on vacation and just want to have a nice base. Great wine shot directly across the road by the way.
