Staying here right now after being bumped from Tre Design hotel due to overbooking. Not a nice place at all. Sort of long stay apartments with cracked glasses and broken sockets. Sleeping with my clothes on just in case. Bad spot.

Not worth the price
Location is good however the room can use an upgrade. Wireless signal is horrible and you have to stand close to the door to the hallway to get some proper reception. There is a kitchenette, however no pans to cook with. Breakfast is poor, you get a cup of coffee and 3 or 2 small croissants, they will bring it to your room as there is no official breakfast room. For the money paid, I think there must be better places to stay.

My husband and I arrived here for a visit with his family. We know the neighborhood and chose the hotel for it's location. This is NOT a hotel and NOT a place for a vacation. It is not an apartment it is a studio with a cook top, microwave & refrigerator. There is nothing else in the kitchen. Our family gave us the necessities. The room and bath are clean but needs maintenance. The bath had no rug, or slip prevention in the tub, nor were we regularly given clean towels or floor rug. We needed to request them. The manager-owner was rude and demanded payment in full upfront when he realized that we may not stay. Breakfast was minimal . WiFi worked pretty well in the room. Bed was comfortable. It is really a place for students not tourists on vacation expecting to be pampered . Security was good as there was someone at the front 24 hr. The telephone cut off in the middle of conversations and could not take messages when we were out. One cannot call a cell phone from the room phone. I love the neighborhood and this could be a terrific hotel with a some adjustments and attention to client service. This is not an inviting place to stay as it is now.

Good potential but terrible management. Location is excelent, restaurants, cafes and shops in a nice neighborhood. It is clean, good shower and bed, it has also good internet connection.
Breakfast is very poor, one juice, one coffee and two sweet rools served in the room. Window shields need maintenance, Many of the lamp bulbs are burnt, including on the stairs, which is a personal risk. Bed linens need to be replaced for newer ones, there are even cigarret burns on them. They do not supply a mat on bathroom, you need to use the second towel. As another traveller said, it is not a real hotel, but still, price is very high.

WORST hotel in Belgrano, stay ....
Next to a construction site, don't be fooled by the pictures in the web site,VERY NOISY till 5 PM, staff is zombie like. It's quoted as an " Apart hotel" , but they don't even supply a kitchen towel for the kitchinette! Breakfast (included in the 100 dollars a night!) is one cup of coffee or tea and two medias lunas, no butter, no jam, no nada!
I bet there are better places in Belgrano to stay, I should have done a better research. Never again!
