Great location and price - you....
We thought we were onto a winner when we first arrived. The lobby seems well appointed, friendly reception staff and a really smooth check in process. We were soon let down once we reached our floor. Most of the rooms had the fittings to outer doors coming away, like they had been an attempted break in. I am sure that is not the case though!
We entered our apartment and the kitchen was poorly equipped. No utensils so cooking was not an option. The seating arrangement was one table, old wicker style chairs and a sofa-bed which was extremely uncomfortable. Huge marks on the wall made us think that there has been no attention to the rooms for many years. The amount of space in our apartment was huge and it looked a bit bare to be honest.
No tea or coffee facilities other than a kettle and a big gripe is that WiFi is only available in the lobby, so this became a sometimes crowded communal area at times.

Needs a thorough renovation.
It is an old building with almost no maintenance.
The room needed all kind of things redone, very run down.
No wi-fi in the rooms! Barely any in the lobby at a crawling speed.
The only good thing was the rate and the location.
I guess you get what you pay for...

Great loby, basic room
When you first walk into the hotel you see a modern, clean well appointed lobby. The staff were polite and spoke very good English. The elevators were small and barely accommodated two people and luggage. The suite was very spacious but had very basic dated furniture. The bathroom needed a good refresh. It was clean, but there was evidence of moisture, mold in the bathtub. The kitchen had the basic essentials. Our accommodation included breakfast. This was a generous offering of hot and cold and the pastries were very good. For one night, it was okay, but I would not like to stay long term. The location was very good for access to many parts of Buenos Aires

Dreadful accomodation. Old and dirty carpets and furnishings, holes in the wall , peeling wallpaper, dreadful smell in room and corridors level 5 room. Old and malfunctioning air con in room. Pull out table legs did not even reach the floor. After complaining was moved to a room on level 1 which was tolerable. Our advice is to avoid this hotel. Ordinary service.

Stayed here for our visit to B....
This is a great and very reasonably priced hotel for couples, families, anyone. It would be good for business or pleasure travelers primarily since it is exceedingly conveniently located in Buenos Aires. You can walk anywhere from this hotel. The breakfast is superb. Don't overlook the eggs in the large covered container. The Argentine bread is to die for and might cause you to gain a few pounds! The Medialunes (croissants that look like a crescent moon). The suite we had was spacious and I loved the fact that you could open the window for fresh air. The greatest downside is that the wifi wasn't always functional but when it did work, it was okay. Their July is in winter not summer like in the US.
