Excellent experience with Stud....
First of all, the name of this apartment is misspelled in the listing. I've requested a correction from TripAdvisor and hopefully that will happen. It is Studio Pueyrredon at 1770 Av. Pueyrredon in the Recoleta neighborhood of Buenos Aires.
We spend 35 nights (in May and June) at Studio Pueyrredon and I cannot imagine a better place to stay (especially for the price) and a better location. The staff were excellent and responsive to any issues that came up during our time there. For one, we were not happy with our first apartment -- it was small and not at all well equipped. At least not as well equipped as we had expected. One email to management (Florencia, whom we never actually met, and Daiana, who worked in the building) and we were moved one day later into a very nice apartment on the 15th floor with two balconies looking out over the city. (The original apartment actually also had a nice balcony overlooking Av. Pueyrredon and the Starbucks across the street.) It's not that the apartments are particularly ritzy. They are clean and nicely, but not lavishly, decorated. Our kitchen was complete (large fridge, stove, oven, microwave) but the dishes, pots and pans were sort of a mix of what had been there over time. Perfectly fine for our purposes.
Two particular strong points to mention: One - location...none better (very nearby grocery, restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries, you name it...and easy walking to the tourist attractions of Recoleta); Two - the apartment staff. (the housekeeping staff was excellent. They cleaned every few days and replaced linens, towels, etc. They were simply great. Also, the guys at the front door were always friendly, despite our very weak Spanish skills. It was nice to see them in the morning as we'd leave or in the evening (anytime) when we'd return. I would stay at Studio Pueyrredon again anytime and recommend anyone who wants something other than a typical "hotel" experience to stay there. Very highly recommended.

Apartment Like feel...
This temporary apartment, as what they call themselves, is actually pretty affordable, and very accessible when you go visit Buenos Aires. It is really close to the shops, and mostly restaurants in the Recoleta area. Very safe to stay and walk around. Only thing is difficult to find parking, unless you pay for the parking which is in the basement, but it actually is very cheap. Now to the room, very spacious, one king size bed on the 13th floor, bathroom so so, very small kitchen with microwave but no stove. But for a quick visit, very safe, convenient location, staff was very helpful, nice and courteous. 3 Stars, just because it appears old, and sometimes you can hear your neighbors chatting and laughing, and the wifi is quite fast but didn't work on the weekend when we were there and you can't find anybody to fix it, much less ask the staff to help you, but doesn't speak good English.

The apartment is modern and well situated, with a lovely balcony view. It is close to the metro (subte), to shop, supermarket etc. I would return in a heartbeat! The A/C system worked very well. Perhaps the only drawback is a lack of closet space, but that is understandable.

I would not rent anything agai....
Here is why I feel this way.
I prebooked this apartment, and it was charged to my credit card.
The terms of the agreement said that the keys would be with the building security between 6 PM and 10 PM.
I arrived a little after 7 PM.
The keys were no where to be found when I arrived.
I tried reaching the phone number to call with the reservation. No one answered the phone after calling many times.
I had to book another hotel, and left at 10 PM.
I would not want to say that something was wrong here, but it would not be wrong to say that Temporary Apartments certainly did not live up to there agreement with me.
Based on this, I would suggest that you not book anything with Temporary Apartments for two reasons: 1) they did not leave a key for me as promised, and 2) they were not available to fix the problem they created.

Temporary apts does a great jo....
I have used Temporary Apartments for 22 times since 2005 when I first came to Argentina. Their rental apartments are located in the barrio, Recoleta which is very upscale part of the city, You can easily walk to most of the sites to see or visit in Buenos Aires.
Temporary apartamentos has a variety of options and at very good prices. Always, I make my reservation and it is ready for me when I arrive. We always use the coin operated laundry to wash and dry our clothes in lieu of having to take them out for service. I brought a group of tourists from the US and they were so pleased that they had room to spread out, unlike a hotel room.
Maid service is daily and there is always good security of the building. Their facilities include swimming pool and exercise rooms as well.
Anyone who comes to Buenos Aires ought to seriously consider Temporary Apartaments for a part of their visit. Almost like home, but in Argentina instead!!!
