Cheap, great location, noisy, ....
The staf generally don't speak english (there is a guy called George who is often there during daylight hours who speaks great english so try and get him if you can)
The rooms are tiny, the beds are awful soft lumpy things, there is no wifi except in the lobby. The bathrooms are tiny with an innovative space saving 'toilet shower' - just remember to remove the toilet paper before your shower as it will get all soggy.
They were disorgansied and messed up the reservation about 4 times during 4 days, and I ended up being kicked out early despite it having been booked.
THere is construction going on nearby int he wee hours of the morning so you should have earplugs or the ability to sleep through. Also the elevator makes a charming beeping noise throughout the day. and night.
There is breakfast included (they wont tell you this but apparenntly it is)
On the plus side, the location is fantastic.

Great budget option
I was in urgency of a place to crash and I got to kings and was everything's I needed.
It has small rooms and bathroom but is ok. The beds were small I almost fall.
The Internet were only availed in the first floor so that's an issue.
The personal was very nice and helped me a lot.
The prices were accessible in general I can recommend it !

The hotel has been in the process of renovation for some time now, so you can get a nice room (the newly refurbished, upper floors) or an appalling one (the oldest ones, lower floors). Since I have stayed many times in this hotel, I got both. However, if you'd like to have wifi in your room, you'll have to go for the lower rooms.
Even though the dining room is very small, breakfast will be brought to rooms, if required, at no extra cost. Location is perfect, right in the core of downtown Buenos Aires and 3 blocks away from the Obelisk.

Couldn't even stay here, AWFUL....
I'm not one to complain but:
The lift has manual doors that you have to open and close yourself.
The walls aren't even painted in the hall and in the room they may have been white washed 10 years ago.
The carpet looked like it was growing things.
Bed smelt of sweat.
The room was damp all over.
We couldn't bare to stay there so we cancelled but had to pay the full price of $300 pesos for a room I wouldn't put a dog in! The person at reception didn't look at all shocked/ bothered when we told him we were leaving.
Good location and free wifi in the reception!

Awful hotel in a convenient lo....
This hotel is really absolutely terrible. Everything is bad: the people are not nice, the rooms are disgusting (we had dead cockroaches in our room), the smells in the room and the public areas of the hotel are unbearable, the sheets and towels are dirty. We stayed in a triple room on the 14th floor and it was the worst room I've ever seen. Extremely overpriced for what it is.
The location is very convenient, but having to sleep at this dirty hotel is very very unpleasant. I'm sure there are many better options in this price range.
