Muy lindo, excelente decoració....

Conocía la Finca de pasar el día solamente, esta vez pasamos un fin de semana con Groupon y la habitación st que nos tocó era muy muy pequeña, super básica, dos camas, un baño, Tv, placar y listo. Eso hizo que al hacer frío el aire caliente y estufa hagan que uno se sienta embotado, no conozco el resto de las cabañas pero a esas sin duda no volvería. El lugar exterior es muy lindo y está excelentemente decorado, eso me encanta, el restaurante tb es muy bueno, la atención del personal (recepción y mozos) sin reclamo ni queja alguno, súper atentos. Los juegos exteriores de niños están muy abandonados, requieren atención. Un detalle es que el desayuno tiene jugo de naranja natural mezclado con artificial, eso es una pena... no se cuánto se ahorren pero baja la calidad e imagen del lugar... Resumiendo es un lugar para desconectar y se la pasa muy lindo pero hoy en día hay mejores lugares por esos precios, se están quedando atrás por detalles y ciertos aspectos de abandono relatados, una pena porque el lugar es hermoso. Por último, el wifi no llega bien a las habitaciones.

Bajo la calidad

Desde la ultima vez que estuvimos suprimieron servicios, antes te daban merienda ahora la cobran. Reservamos pensión completa y nos cobraron los cubiertos del almuerzo y la cena. La cabalgata prometida desapareció. Por suerte la cama era buena.

Terrible management

The place is beautiful but the administration doesn’t work at all. When we arrived we had to wait one hour because they couldn’t find our reservation in the system. I said we paid the extra charge for a better room in the prepayment but the manager said it was only paid for the second night. Then I had to send the mails of the reservation to three different people of the hotel as well as the proof of payment which I had to download from my online banking. It was raining like crazy this day and we were wet and cold, so it was not very comfortable to wait like this for one hour until they fixed their problem. The manager then said he would give us a better room tan whad we had paid for due to this inconveniences but they gave us exactly the room we paid for. So first they made us wait and then they think we’re stupid. When we checked out we had to pay the balance of the room (50% we paid in advance via online banking) and they gave us an invoice that was about 6000 pesos too high. So I had to forward them the mail of the reservation AGAIN!!! They finally realized the mistake they had in the system and we paid the correct amount before we left. The place is beautiful and the people in the restaurant are amazing but the manager is arrogant and the administration obviously does not master the job. Surely I will not go back there.

Please don't wast your money

Overall the place looks Ok. They offer you much nicer rooms in the brochure than in the actual life. When you arrive after a couple hours from buenos aires, don't expect to shower. The shower flower makes the water come as if your were watering plants. Don't expect to swim. Children will be all over the pool, like little monkies. Nothing wrong about that, just to mention if you had in mind 'relaxing atmosphere' go anywhere else. Don't expect to lay down on a chair because they will never be enough. Don't expect a nice bed because you could feel the steel in your back. Don't expect a smooth check out either because the credit card machine only works sometimes. And obviously don't expect a receipt because that is almost like swimming at the pool. The waiters are very friendly and food is ok! So yes I would definitely never come back.

Don't waste your money!

I went with my family last week for 2 nights and it was a terrible deception. We were almost the only guests in the hotel and the service was almost inexistent. We paid about U$500 per night to stay at the Boutique Chacra La Fusta and we could also do nothing during our stay. No kids clubs as announced, no horse rides, the showers in our chacra just dissapeared and there just just a thick waterfall. The beds..which beds? When you lay you can also feel all the springs of the matress!! The hotel has breakfast, lunch and dinner: simple (only one option per meal) The pubic areas (game room, etc) were simply too dirty! Do me a favor. Don't waste your money!
