I spent several days too many in this roach motel. During the course of my stay, I was forced to purchase and go through four cans of Raid roach spray. Dishonest and untrustworthy is how I would describe the owner.

Worst hotel ever
This hotel is horrible, all the rooms are extremely dirty and an hygienic, pee stains and bad smells included.
we booked the hotel for 6 nights but didnt even stay the first, when we went to talk to the owner about it he still charged us for two nights and refused to even give us a receipt!!!
The owner himself was also very rude, never seen anything like this.
Dont get tempted by the location, its really really not worth it.

Bad place, good location
The standard of the hotel is very bad. The breakfast is horrible, the towels in the room need to be replaced, and the rooms refurbished. Also, I stayed at this place when currency exchange controls were still in place by the government. I was charged in USD, when by law, the hotel was only allowed to charge customers in Argentinian pesos. When I refused to pay in USD, in cash, they offered me an option to charge my card, in USD, using an illegal virtual card terminal, as their merchant account is in Massachusetts (USA). I would avoid this hotel at all cost.

Felt like in a two-star hotel
Despite its centric location, the hotel lacks the quality of a three-star. The rooms are small and the elevator doesn't work too well. Also, the towels were really old and overused.
One night, we returned to the hotel at 11 PM and we had to wait five minutes outside, becasuse nobody was answering the doorbell.

Centrally located, clean, help....
I stayed in this hotel twice. It is very good located just in the center of Buenos Aires. The rooms and facilities are clean, breakfast basic but sufficient and the staff is always willing to help you. If you are looking for the affordable and nice accomodation in the heart of Buenos Aires this hotel is a good value/price choice.
