Very Friendly staff
I went by myself and speak little spanish.
However the hotel staff especially Lina was so helpful. they would call a taxi for me and would explain the dirver where i wanted to go and tell the driver that i do not speak spanish. The hotel is located in downtown area. so everything is close by. Avenue de julio is also around the corner.

- Filthy, they really dont care about room cleansing
- The elevator is the size of a fridge. Only two people with suitcases can squeeze inside
Really, I dont recomend this hotel to anyone.
We just stayed one night waiting for a Buquebus ship to uruguay. We slept with our own clothes on. It is really the worst hotel I have ever been, and I use to travel on budget a lot.

The worst hotel we have ever s....
DO NOT EVER USE.We were booked in here by a 'round the world trip company in Kensington, London, as the first night of a 3 month round the world trip. We were gobsmacked. If this was the standard we had to endure for the rest of our holiday I wanted to go back home. It was filthy, dirty hairs on the thin, grim, grey bed sheet. We slept with our clothes on. Thick frost in the fridge, filthy carpets-stained the knees of my partner's trousers, curtain (only one and not two) didn't cover the window. Wouldn't have used any cutlery or crockery even if I had wanted to cook anything. The cupboard under the sink was black with mould. Two elevators of which only one worked and that was very occasionally, we had to wait for around 8 minutes and it only held two people with two suitcases at a squeeze.

Best hotel I've stayed in
Staff were friendly, great exchange rate for US dollars. Room was lavishly furnished and clean as a whistle. The view from the balcony was spectacular, I could spend hours just watching the Argentinians hustle by energetically going about their daily lives. A++
