Great location and breakfast
Cheap and generally clean hotel. The location is fantastic with it being only 2 blocks key tourist destinations. Its a 30 second walk from the underground and has some very good restaurants close by. The breakfast was fantastic and the general customer service was good. My only real niggles were that the elevators were really frustrating, me and my friends got stuck in them twice over our 3 night stay. In addition, my room was absolutely boiling. I stayed on the 5th floor and it was baking and I must have been bitten at least 15 times by mosquitoes. My friends are were on the 9th floor and didn't have this problem, so it's mainly luck of he draw.
Overall a pleasant experience.

Good Nights Sleep
This isn't the most modern hotel in Buenos Aires but it is comfortable and the breakfast buffet is good. We stayed here a couple of nights and were satisfied with our room. A good place to stay if you are on a budget.

Great Staff and Hotel
This is a little bit old hotel but with a good staff and with a nice breakfast.
I have choiced that Hotel due its proximity for the "Micro-Centro".
This place is very near of Calle Lavalle, Florida and next to the legend "Obelisco".
On the first day I had some trouble with the wireless connection my bedroom but I asked for a change to the staff and they solved everything asap!
I recommend for a family/couple that do not want to stay for a long time in the Hotel, it's very simple but very useful, the street on the night is calm and 100 meters of a Subway Station.

Avoid, avoid like the plague!
One of the dirtiest, most horrible hotel experiences ever!
Room was filthy, corridor smelled of cigarettes and urine, toilet was dirty and the shower cabin full of mould (see photos). Absolutely disgusting and a complete rip off for what they charge. Staff were rude and completely unhelpful. NEVER AGAIN.

Dreary, but livable
The room itself was dark, dreary, and a bit run down, but I was nonetheless fairly comfortable there.
One of the elevators seems to have frequent problems, and they are of the old style where you have to close the grate before it will move (meaning if someone does not close it properly, it gets stuck.)
The air-con had to be turned on at the front desk and there were no temperature controls. (When I touched the unit, the front panel fell off and had to be balanced back in place.) The air conditioner tended to make the windows rattle in a distracting way.
Wi-fi was functional.
The street can be noisy and looks a bit grim, but I did not feel unsafe there.
The location is good, just a couple of blocks from the Obelisk and the Florida shopping street.
Staff seemed helpful enough.
The Rochester across the street seems like a much better value.
