Day 1
Arrive at the Bagdogra Airport - Gangtok
After reaching the Bagdogra Airport, you would be greeted by a MakeMyTrip representative and then you would travel to the hotel in Gangtok. The pleasant drive should take around 4 hours.
After reaching Gangtok, you would check-in at the hotel and then, spend the rest of the day at leisure. You could choose to explore the city on your own in the evening or spend the time enjoying the view of the valley from the hotel. For those wishing to know if luck favours them, a visit to the Casino (own expense) can be an exciting way to enjoy your evening before ending the day.Overnight Stay at the Hotel.
Day 2
Gangtok
After enjoying the breakfast at the hotel, you would be picked up from the hotel at around 9 am and leave for a visit to the Changu Lake.
The lake derives its waters from melting snow of the mountains, a beautiful sight to witness. Earlier, the lamas used to study the colour of water and predict the future, a darker colour would indicate troublesome time in the coming year. Despite the colour that flows in the lake on your visit, the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains would surely leave a lasting impression.
You would also be visiting the Baba Mandir, a shrine dedicated to ‘Baba Harbhajan Singh’, a soldier of the Indian Army. He died in 1968 and the shrine was made to honour his wishes (he requested one of his friends in the dreams, for a Samadhi to be made for him). It is also believed that he guards the international boundary between India and China, and protects the people. Many people also hold the belief that the place has a healing spirit, and a bottle of water left there, could cure illness after consumption.
After returning back to Gangtok, you could explore the town, shop at the local market on your own.
Later, return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 3
Gangtok
After breakfast you would go and explore Gangtok. You would be picked up from the hotel around 10 am. The city offers the opportunity to enjoy good food, shopping and to have memorable experience.
Visit the most beautiful monastery in Sikkim, the Rumtek Monastery. After this, you would also visit the Do-Drul Chorten. You would also visit the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology that researches the religion, history, language, art and culture of Tibet and Tibetans. The museum and the library on the premises offer an insight into the culture.
The culture of any place is clearly visible in its art and handicraft. The Cottage Industry in Gangtok is no exception. Later, you would visit the Flower Exhibition Centre that houses a huge variety of flora. The center also holds an annual Orchid show and the indoor flower show is a very colorful experience.
Next destination to visit is the Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom. You could pick-up shawls, carpets, the traditional choktse tables and other gifts items which deeply reflect the art of state.
Later, enjoy the mesmerizing view of Gangtok under your feet as you take a ride in the ropeway cable car. Also, see different houses, shops, buildings that contribute to the township.
Overnight Stay at the Hotel.
Day 4
Gangtok - kalimpong
After a hearty breakfast, you would check-out from the hotel. Bid adieu to Gangtok and travel to the next destination to explore, that is, Kalimpong. You would be picked up from the hotel at 9 am. The drive would be picturesque as you would travel from one hill to another and it would take around 3 hours to cover the distance.
Kalimpong is considered a cultural melting pot for Sikkim, as different inhabitants like Lepchas, Nepalese or Gorkhas, British, Indians, Tibetans and Sikkimese have found a way reside here. This mixture of traditions is clearly reflected in the lifestyle of the people of Kalimpong.
Check-in at the hotel and then, set yourself for city tour. You would go atop the Durpin Hill, where the Zong Dog Palri Fo Brang Monastery is located, which is a great example of traditional Buddhist style of architecture. The place holds special significance for the Tibetan Buddhist followers and also houses the sacred Kunguyar, a Tibetan religious scripture that has 108 volumes and was carried there by Dalai Lama during his exile.
Then, you would visit one of the most splendid temple, Mangal Dham. It is memorial built in the divine memory of Shir Mangaldasji Maharaj. On the way you would visit beautiful flower nurseries. Kalimpong is responsible for the export business of flowers to other parts of the country and around 80% of the total Gladiolus produced in India is grown here.
After experiencing the best of Kalimpong, you would return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay after the busy day.
Day 5
Kalimpong - Darjeeling
After enjoying the breakfast, you would be picked up at 10 am for the next destination, that is, Darjeeling. The drive should take around 2 hours.
Darjeeling is known as ‘Queen of the Hills’, high up in the Himalayas it offers an unforgettable view of the snow-capped mountains. The tea gardens, tiny waterfalls, little villages and a narrow gauge railway track add to the charm of this hill station.
After checking-in in the hotel, you can relax at the hotel or explore Darjeeling in the evening on your own. You could also take a horse ride (own expense) to enjoy the hill station. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 6
Darjeeling
Start your day early (around 4AM - 5AM), and head for a visit to the Tiger Hill to witness the glorious Himalayan at day break. The sunrise against the highest peak in India is a sight to behold.
On your return from Tiger Hill, you would stop at the Ghoom Monastery. The next place to explore would be the Batasia Loop to get a 360 degree view of Darjeeling's landscape.
After this, you would return to the hotel for a hearty breakfast and prepare yourself for the city tour that would begin at around 10 am. You would be visiting the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. The museum on the premises shows account and mountaineering artefacts.
Followed by a visit to the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park and then the Tibetan Refugee Centre, established for the re-habitation of the Tibetan refugees. Traditional Tibetan handicrafts especially, carpets are made here and are widely popular and exported all over the world. You would later visit the Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda. The Japanese Buddhist temple shows the avatars of Lord Buddha.
You would also be taken for a one way toy train ride which is one of the most famous attractions of Darjeeling.
Any visit to Darjeeling would be incomplete without going to a tea estate so, visit the Happy Valley Tea Estate. The estate offers visitors a glimpse of the fascinating process of manufacturing tea at a place that was established way back in 1854.
Later return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 7
Darjeeling - Bagdogra (90 kilometres| 3 hours)
After a hearty breakfast, complete the check-out formalities and travel to the Bagdogra Airport for your journey back home. It would take you around 3.5 hours to reach the airport.

Day 1
Arrival at Port Blair
Board your flight from your respective hub and arrive in Port Blair. A MakeMyTrip representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel.
Relax for some time at your hotel property and have lunch (at direct payment basis). Late afternoon, start your Andaman sojourn with a visit to the iconic Cellular Jail- a place that is full of stories of countless martyrs of the Indian independence struggle. A tour of the jail will give you a brief idea about happenings in the jail prior to India’s independence.
Andaman is known for its beaches, and in the evening you will be taken to one of the most fun beaches in the islands- the Corbyn Cove’s beach- a serene beach set in picturesque backgrounds of lush green coconut palms and the sea. Enjoy refreshing coconut water at the beach and return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Please note:
1. You may choose to skip the Corbyn Cove’s visit and instead choose to witness the Light and Sound Show at Cellular Jail in the evening (own expense). The show needs to be booked online, in advance. In case you opt for this option, you will need to make your own arrangements to reach your hotel after the show. Local transport is easily available for the same.
2. In case you are arriving on a Monday, Ross Island will be covered instead of Cellular Jail on Day 1, while the latter will get covered on Day 2 of itinerary.
Day 2
Port Blair - Havelock by ferry (1.5 Hours)
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to visit Ross Island. This small island, located just across the Water Sports complex at Port Blair, is a peaceful destination famous for its friendly flocks of deer and lush green walking trails. It now stands as a ruin of the bygone days with the old structures almost in debris. Later, board the ferry for onward journey to Havelock Island.
Later, proceed for check-in at your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Comfortable overnight stay at your hotel property.
Day 3
Havelock
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Havelock jetty for excursion to Elephant Beach. At Elephant beach, you may opt for other water sports available at the beach (on direct payment basis). Return to the hotel for relaxation and lunch (At direct payment basis)
Later, you will proceed to visit one of the best beaches in Asia –Radhanagar Beach. After savoring the sights of the splendid beach, return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Important Note: If Elephant beach is non-operational, Nemo Reef/ Kala Patthar will be arranged as an alternative.
Day 4
Havelock ? Neil Island (Ferry 1.5 hours)
After buffet breakfast, check-out from the hotel. Transfer to the Havelock jetty to board the ferry for Neil Island. Disembark at Neil and transfer to the hotel. Post lunch (on direct payment), proceed to visit Bharatpur beach & Lakshmanpur beach (depending on tide conditions).
After savoring the sights of the splendid beaches of Neil Island, return to your hotel for comfortable overnight stay.
Day 5
Neil Island to Port Blair (Ferry 1.5 hours)
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. Get transferred to the jetty for the ferry to Port Blair. Upon arrival in Port Blair check-in to your hotel.
Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 6
Departure

Darjeeling, known as the ‘Queen of the Hills’, is located in the Himalayas and offers an unforgettable view of the snow-capped mountains. The tea gardens, tiny waterfalls, little villages and a narrow gauge railway track add to the charm of this hill station.
After checking in to your hotel, opt to spend the evening at leisure or spend it exploring the local market.
End the day with dinner at the hotel.
Day 5
Darjeeling
Begin your day early (around 4 AM - 5 AM) and go for a visit to the Tiger Hill to witness the glorious Himalayan Mountains at day break. The sunrise against the highest peak in India is a sight to behold.

Return to the hotel for breakfast and prepare yourself to visit the sites of the city. You would be visiting the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, a place built in honour of Tenzing Norgay, who was one of the two people to reach the Mount Everest summit. The museum on the premises shows account and mountaineering artefacts.
Today, you would go for a Toy Train Ride which is a unique experience, exclusive to Darjeeling.
The next place to visit would be the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park and the Tibetan Refugee Centre. The centre was established for the re-habitation of the Tibetan refugees. Traditional Tibetan handicrafts and carpets are made here and are widely popular and exported all over the world. Day 1
Arrival in Srinagar

Day 2
Srinagar - Sonmarg (82 Kms/3-4 Hrs)

Sonmarg or Sonamarg which means ‘meadow of gold’ is a popular tourist destination situated at an altitude of 2740 meters above sea level, 82 km north-east of Srinagar.

The drive to Sonamarg is through yet another spectacular facet of country side in Kashmir, and you will come across Sindh Nallah. After breakfast, check-out from the hotel at Sonamarg and proceed to Pahalgam and en-route visit Avantipur Ruins. (In order to avoid paying for food by ordering room service on your own, it is recommended to leave from Sonamarg at around 8 AM to reach Pahalgam before lunch time.)
Check-in at the hotel and enjoy your lunch. In the evening, get a transfer to the main market at 4.30 PM and drop to hotel at 6.30 PM from market. Spend the rest of the evening at leisure.
Important Note: In places like Pahalgam, new construction is banned to save ecology. In fact, it is so strict in Pahalgam that older hotels cannot be renovated or painted too. Thus many hotels have challenges with the interiors too.
Day 4
Pahalgam | Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, embark on an excursion to Chandanwadi (3288 meters), Betaab Valley and Aru Valley. Lunch will be served at the Pahalgam Hotel. Surrounded by snow-covered mountain peaks and dense pine and deodar forests, this valley is the mouth of River Sheshnag. Later, enjoy the evening at leisure. Have dinner and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 5
Pahalgam - Srinagar (96 kms | 3 hours)
After breakfast, check out of the hotel in Pahalgam and proceed to Srinagar. On arrival, begin your excursion to Shankaracharya Hill Temple and Grand Mughal Gardens (Chashme Shahi, Nishat Bagh & Shalimar Bagh). Lunch will be served at your hotel in Srinagar. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 6
Srinagar - Gulmarg Excursion (52 kms |2-3 hours one way)
After early breakfast, proceed to Gulmarg for an excursion.
Explore Gulmarg on your own by doing sightseeing the picturesque locales like the Golf Course (Golf kit and caddy charges optional & extra). Also take the exhilarating cable car ride to Khilanmarg Snow Point.
(Pony owners have a strong hold in Gulmarg and Pahalgam and restrict our vehicles travelling in these two villages. Guests have to listen to the instructions of the Tour Managers and/or local guides in dealing with the locals.)
Enjoy lunch at the local restaurant. Drive back to Srinagar in the evening. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7
Departure from Srinagar (By Flight) to Delhi
After buffet breakfast you will be transferred to Srinagar airport to board your flight for respective hub. Due to the extremely strict security measures at the airport during peak season, guests are requested to leave for the airport at least 4 hours prior to departure. We are forced to enforce this rule as there are 4 security barriers to pass before reaching the airport. Also, there are regular traffic jams for a couple of kilometers outside the airport.

Arrival in Srinagar
Board your flight to Srinagar. Guests can purchase in-flight meals on direct payment. On arrival, you will be welcomed by a MakeMyTrip representative (outside the airport) who will transfer you to Jetty at Dal lake. Upon arrival at the Jetty, transfer to your houseboat and check in. After breakfast, check out of the houseboat at Srinagar and proceed to Gulmarg. Gulmarg is located at an average elevation of 2,690 m (8,825 ft). Day 3
Gulmarg - Pahalgam
After breakfast, check out of the hotel at Gulmarg and proceed to Pahalgam. Pahalgam is in Anantnag District. It is a popular tourist destination, and every year, many tourists visit it. Pahalgam has an average elevation of 8989 feet. The town of Pahalgam (Village of Shepherds) offers breath-taking views. One can just relax in the hotels or enjoy water rafting etc. Pahalgam is also the entry point for the famous Amarnath Cave, a holy site for Hindus. Overnight at Pahalgam Hotel.
